Hola estimada comunidad de @holoslotus, un saludo afectuoso para todos. Está iniciativa Viviendo en modo fácil, me hizo reflexionar algunas cosas que deseo compartir a continuación.
Vivir en modo fácil?, si nos comparamos con las personas que vivieron algunos siglos atrás, podemos pensar que tenemos todo más fácil. Inventos tan importantes como la electricidad o las bombillas eléctricas, el teléfono, la radio, los procesadores de alimentos, el uso del gas natural, el agua potable, los artefactos eléctricos, neveras, lavadoras y más reciente el internet que revolucionó el mundo, sin duda ha hecho más fácil la vida en el planeta. En el mundo de la medicina también hemos evolucionado y esa evolución ha hecho la vida más fácil. Una vez leí de cómo sacaban las muelas en el pasado sin anestesia o como eran los tratamientos médicos antes de la invención de la penicilina. Las personas enfermaban y morían muy jóvenes. Uff, agradezco cada una de esas investigaciones que hicieron posibles tantos cambios al mundo. Tenemos mucho que agradecer a personas del pasado que con su ingenio lograron cambios sustanciales en la humanidad. Cuál de esos inventos consideras el más importante y que contribuyó a hacer nuestra vida más fácil?. No me imagino la operación de mi brazo sin la anestesia o su curación sin la ayuda de los antibióticos, gracias doy a Dios por los avances en la salud.
Podemos pensar que tener casa, dinero, recursos, comodidad, nos hace vivir en modo fácil. Sin duda, ayuda, no digo lo contrario. Sin embargo, el concepto de adquisición de bienes materiales es sinónimo de ser feliz?. Eran más felices o menos felices las personas del pasado sin la tecnología de hoy por ejemplo? El concepto de felicidad es subjetivo, surge la pregunta, puede una persona teniendo todas estas cosas sentirse deprimido, miserable y sin deseos de vivir? Qué es vivir en modo fácil? Qué significa? Hay chicos cuyos padres han amasado una inmensa cantidad de dinero, no les falta nada material y caen en drogas, destruyen su vida, se suicidan. Qué cargas pueden hacer tan difícil la vida de una persona?. Famosos que teniendo bienes miles, fama y fortuna un día cualquiera decidieron partir de este mundo ante la mirada atónita de sus seguidores que se preguntaban por qué, por qué lo hizo, que le faltaba, lo tenía todo. El corazón humano es tan complejo, yo antes no lo entendía.
Vivir en modo fácil no es un concepto externo, es interno y para mí está asociado con el conocimiento de quien eres, hacia dónde vas, tu fin último, la percepción de eternidad ante la mirada amorosa de Dios, tu conciencia, la libertad de culpas y miedos, la aceptación de las cosas que no podemos cambiar y la voluntad para cambiar con la ayuda de Dios aquellas que si podemos. El aspecto espiritual es básico en la vida de toda persona, somos seres espirituales. Por qué existen tantas religiones en el mundo? Porque el hombre necesita creer, adorar, tener una relación espiritual, cosa que nada material puede sustituir, por eso en esa búsqueda constante de lo indispensable nos encontramos con muchas cosas que nos acercan a lo que hemos buscado y cuando algo nos llena, nos satisface, nos quedamos allí.
Yo agradezco haber conocido de Dios desde pequeña, tener una relación con mi Creador que llena mi vida espiritual, es una iglesia cristiana muy organizada y he aprendido en ella a desarrollar la fe que tanto se necesita para enfrentar los momentos difíciles, tornando mi existencia más fácil porque en medio de las dificultades tengo paz, puedo esperar en Dios, confiar, creer que todo puede cambiar. El hombre enfrenta muchos problemas que no puede solucionar solo con lo material, puede tener una mansión, pero de qué vale sin el calor del hogar, sin la familia, sin el amor de los qué amamos. " Aunque mi padre y mi madre me dejaran, con todo, Jehová me recogerá". (Salmo 27:10), Muchas personas necesitan saber esto para no sentirse solas, si alguien te falta, el extiende sus brazos para cubrir esa necesidad. Y así como esa necesidad, muchas pueden ser suplidas en el conocimiento de que no estamos solos en este vasto mundo y que podemos vivir en paz con la convicción de la guía de Dios.
El Covid y otras enfermedades nos han mostrado lo que antes nos era imperceptible a los ojos, lo que es esencial, lo que realmente importa y lo impotente que puede sentirse el hombre que teniendo todo no puede solucionar sus problemas de salud.
"Mi yugo es fácil y ligera mi carga" dijo Jesús( Mateo 11:30). Vivir sin remordimientos, sin cargas de conciencia, sentimientos de culpas, rencores, me hace vivir en modo fácil. Amemos más, respetemos, perdonemos, cuidemos de nosotros mismos y a otros, Dios les bendiga. Ojalá haya podido expresar bien mi sentir, agradezco a esta comunidad por los conceptos profundos que plantea y que nos ayudan a crecer internamente.

Initiative. Living in easy mode.
Hello dear @holoslotus community, warm greetings to all. This initiative Living in easy mode, made me reflect some things that I want to share below.
Living in easy mode? if we compare ourselves with the people who lived some centuries ago, we may think that we have everything easier. Inventions as important as electricity or electric light bulbs, the telephone, the radio, food processors, the use of natural gas, drinking water, electrical appliances, refrigerators, washing machines and more recently the internet that revolutionized the world, have undoubtedly made life on the planet easier. In the world of medicine we have also evolved and that evolution has made life easier. I once read about how they pulled teeth in the past without anesthesia or how medical treatments were before the invention of penicillin. People got sick and died very young. Uff, I am grateful for each one of those investigations that made possible so many changes in the world. We have a lot to thank people from the past who, with their ingenuity, achieved substantial changes in humanity. Which of those inventions do you consider the most important and which contributed to make our lives easier? I can't imagine the operation of my arm without anesthesia or its cure without the help of antibiotics, I thank God for the advances in health.
We may think that having a house, money, resources, comfort, makes us live in easy mode. Undoubtedly, it helps, I am not saying the opposite. However, the concept of acquiring material goods is synonymous with being happy.... Were people in the past happier or less happy without today's technology for example? The concept of happiness is subjective, the question arises, can a person having all these things feel depressed, miserable and without desire to live? What is living in easy mode? What does it mean? There are kids whose parents have amassed an immense amount of money, they lack nothing material and they fall into drugs, destroy their life, commit suicide. What burdens can make a person's life so difficult? Famous people who had thousands of goods, fame and fortune one day decided to leave this world before the astonished look of their followers who wondered why, why did he do it, what did he lack, he had everything. The human heart is so complex, I didn't understand it before.
Living in easy mode is not an external concept, it is internal and for me it is associated with the knowledge of who you are, where you are going, your ultimate goal, the perception of eternity before the loving gaze of God, your conscience, freedom from guilt and fear, the acceptance of the things we cannot change and the will to change with God's help those things we can. The spiritual aspect is basic in the life of every person, we are spiritual beings. Why are there so many religions in the world? Because man needs to believe, to worship, to have a spiritual relationship, something that nothing material can replace, that is why in this constant search for what is indispensable we find many things that bring us closer to what we have been looking for and when something fills us, satisfies us, we stay there.
I am grateful to have known God since I was a child, to have a relationship with my Creator that fills my spiritual life, it is a very organized Christian church and I have learned in it to develop the faith that is so necessary to face difficult moments, making my existence easier because in the midst of difficulties I have peace, I can hope in God, trust, believe that everything can change. Man faces many problems that cannot be solved only with material things, he can have a mansion, but what is it worth without the warmth of home, without the family, without the love of those we love. "Though my father and my mother forsake me, yet the Lord will gather me". (Psalm 27:10), Many people need to know this to not feel alone, if someone is missing, he extends his arms to meet that need. And just like that need, many can be met in the knowledge that we are not alone in this vast world and that we can live in peace with the conviction of God's guidance.
Covid and other diseases have shown us what was previously imperceptible to our eyes, what is essential, what really matters and how helpless the man can feel who having everything cannot solve his health problems.
"My yoke is easy and my burden is light" said Jesus (Matthew 11:30). Living without regrets, without burdens of conscience, feelings of guilt, grudges, makes me live in an easy way. Let us love more, respect, forgive, take care of ourselves and others, God bless you. I hope I have been able to express my feelings well, I thank this community for the profound concepts that I have shared with you.
