Hola querida comunidad, hoy con ustedes para traerles un nuevo escrito, en esta oportunidad les estare hablando de como sanar esos viejos habitos. Como he ido evolucionando desde que decidi desprender de mi todo aquello que me ha hecho sufrir, mis caidas y como he aprendido a levamtarme sin dejar de ser yo misma, sin importar lo que diran.

Desde hace mucho decidi recorrer un camino que para muchos ha sido dificil, debido a esta oportunidad que la vida me brindo he aprendido que la vida es una, y que debemos vivirla dejando tambien a los demas llevar su carga, en este camino he crecido como persona, mi espiritualidad me ha llevado a un nivel donde tuve que alejarme de muchas cosas para sanar mi mente, mi cuerpo y sobretodo mi espiritu. Y aunque para muchos el sanar tenga otro significado yo lo tomo como algo solo para valientes, porque debemos cada dia sanar nuestros errores para no repetirlos, sanar nuestro corazon para no ensucuiar los demas, sanar para no autodestrruirse.
Long ago I decided to walk a path that for many has been difficult, because of this opportunity that life gave me I have learned that life is one, and that we must live it leaving also others to carry their burden, on this path I have grown as a person, my spirituality has taken me to a level where I had to move away from many things to heal my mind, my body and especially my spirit. And although for many people healing has another meaning I take it as something only for the brave, because every day we must heal our mistakes so as not to repeat them, heal our heart so as not to sadden others, heal so as not to destroy ourselves.
Considero que antes era un ser con poca luz, con poca vision pero poco a poco he superado esos obstaculos que creia imposoble de lograr, se que me falta mucho por recorrer pero todo a su tiempo, un dia a la vez primero debo remover de mi piel todo lo que me hace sufrir para despues ser feliz. Algo que converti en habito en mi vida es agradecer cada mañana por todas las cosas que tengo y que espero de la vida, he aprendido a no ser conformista, cada dia lucho por querer mas, a dar amor completo, nada a medias, seamos integros nosotros mismos con esa esncia que nos caracteriza.
I consider that before I was a being with little light, with little vision but little by little I have overcome those obstacles that I thought impossible to achieve, I know that I have a long way to go but everything in time, one day at a time I must first remove from my skin everything that makes me suffer and then be happy. Something that I made a habit in my life is to thank every morning for all the things I have and what I expect from life, I have learned not to be conformist, every day I fight to want more, to give complete love, nothing half-hearted, let's be integral ourselves with that essence that characterizes us.
Creo que las personas deberian aprender primero que todo a sanar nuestro corazon y nuestra mente manera más eficaz para determinar la primavera podría ser las condiciones meteorológicas de cada etapa del año. A mi me parece una estación maravillosa, ver renacer, florecer una planta es decir que tienen vida y que están cumpliendo un ciclo de vida para poder vivir, tanto el reino animal como vegetal, aunque nos parezca increible la vida es un ciclo y tenemos que pasar después de enfrentar el duro verano.

Sanar es ese proceso que al final se convierte en un regalo que obtenemos mediante el perdon, cuando nos amamos a nosotros mismos y a todos tus seres queridos, en especial tus hijos y nietos ya que son nuestro reflejo y nosotros sus espejos pues adoptan esas reacciones en sus vidas. Es necesario que sanemos todo lo que nos cuestiona para asi poder aceptarnos, tal cual somos, amarnos con defectos y virtudes, y nos sentiremos de una manera diferente ante la vida.
Healing is that process that in the end becomes a gift that we get through forgiveness, when we love ourselves and all your loved ones, especially your children and grandchildren as they are our reflection and we are their mirrors because they adopt those reactions in their lives. It is necessary that we heal everything that questions us so we can accept ourselves as we are, love ourselves with defects and virtues, and we will feel differently about life.
Estoy agradecida con Dios y la vida porque he aprendido aceptarme, amarme y darme el valor necesario, gracias por aprender a e3scuchar, mi otro yo interior, debemos sentir amor propio y darnos esa oportunidad de reconciliarnos con la vida, a ustedes por leerme y visitar mi blog porque para mi eso es parte de mi sanacion.
