Un muy cordial saludo a los amigos de #Holus&Lotus este es el 1er post que realizo en esta comunidad, por este medio quiero compartir con todos ustedes mis recientes aprendizajes sobre el mundo farmacéutico más orientado hacia la parte naturista, el origen como tal de la medicina, también compartiré con ustedes el cómo se preparan estos productos y la dosificación correcta, por supuesto también las medidas sanitarias requeridas para dicha elaboración, sin más preámbulos quisiera empezar por uno de mis más recientes aprendizajes y el que más me gusta poner en práctica, la Fórmula Magistral.

Fórmula magistral, tal vez algunos estén familiarizados con el termino y otros no, les voy a explicar de dónde proviene el termino, antes que se fundara la Industria Farmacéutica los médicos trabajaban codo a codo con los farmacéuticos recetándole de forma personalizada y puntual para cada paciente, estos pacientes pasaban por la farmacia o botica de su preferencia y le daban la receta al farmacéutico, el cual se encargaba de realizarla al pie de la letra, que sucede tiempo después se funda la Industria Farmacéutica el futuro de la medicina moderna y estos empiezan a preparar, fabricar y comercializar medicamentos con dosis “predeterminadas”, la labor de las fórmulas magistrales empieza a mermar y esto debido a este gran paso tecnológico, ya que los médicos solo debían adaptarse y dosificar al paciente el medicamento, no había necesidad de prepararlo manualmente y aunque muchos simplemente se adaptaron a este nuevo avance tecnológico nunca se olvidó esta noble labor.

Los médicos a pesar de recetar los medicamentos que la industria fabricaba no siempre eran 100% efectivos, es allí donde la Fórmula Magistral entraba en acción y más en pacientes con problemas dermatológicos, aun hoy en día se mandan a preparar cremas personalizadas para pacientes con problemas dermatológicos poco usuales, la gran mayoría de estas cremas son preparadas en crema “Unibase” una crema con la cual se pueden mezclar distintos tipos de componentes, esencias y colores, aparte de ser muy hidratante, hoy les enseñaremos como realizar la crema unibase, presta atención ya que necesitan los siguientes materiales:

• 2 Ollas capacidad para 5 litros
• 1 Peso o Bascula
• 1 Cocina
• 1 Batidora automática
• Agua Destilada
• Nipagin
• Glicerina
• Texapon
• Alcohol en polvo
• Parafina
• Nipasol

Todos estos componentes lo podemos conseguir en una Botica o en tiendas naturistas, esta receta esta formulada para 1kg de unibase, primero separaremos las ollas en “Olla A” y “Olla B” en la “Olla A” colocaremos lo siguiente:

Con nuestra bascula pesaremos 687 gr de Agua destilada, 0,0002 gr de Nipagin, 0,08 gr de Glicerina, 0,03 gr de Texapon y lo vertimos de forma uniforme en la Olla A, todo esto lo colocaremos a fuego lento en una hornilla de la cocina y esperaremos a que se disuelva por completo, lo agitamos cada cierto tiempo, mientras se disuelve pasamos con la “Olla B”

Pesaremos ahora 0,15 gr de Alcohol en polvo, 0,05 gr de Parafina, 0,001 de Nipasol y lo vertimos todo en la Olla B de forma uniforme y colocamos a fuego lento en otra hornilla de la cocina, una vez se hayan disuelto los componentes de ambas ollas, echaremos el contenido de la “Olla B” en la “Olla A” agitaremos por 1 min aproximadamente y luego procederemos a colocar el resultado en nuestra batidora y dejaremos que se bata hasta lograr el punto crema esto tarda aproximadamente de 30min a 1hora, una vez este en punto crema felicitaciones acabas de hacer tu propia crema unibase, todo lo que tienes que hacer ahora es vaciar el contenido en un envase con tapa y tienes una crema a la cual puedes colocarle algún tipo de esencia y tienes una crema hidratante con fragancia.

Ahora, seguro tienes duda con los componentes que se utilizaron así que permíteme hacerte una breve descripción de que son y su uso:

Agua destilada, es un tipo de agua altamente estéril que carece de sales y minerales, se puede consumir, pero no en altas dosis ya que puede llegar hacer toxica, se utiliza el agua destilada para las cremas unibase ya que son altamente hidratantes para la piel y corrigen imperfecciones.

Nipagin, es un polvo blanco incoloro que se utiliza como conservante, sin este producto la crema unibase podría dañarse en poco tiempo.

Glicerina, es la base para muchos productos dermatológicos, además de poseer grandes cualidades hidratantes y antibacterianas, al agregarla a nuestra crema unibase obtenemos una crema muchísimo más hidratante, además de también prevenir futuras arrugas en la piel.

Texapon, al igual que la Glicerina es un producto sumamente utilizado en la cosmetología debido a su alta capacidad hidratante para la piel.

Alcohol en polvo, esta es la forma más pura del alcohol además de agregar volumen a nuestra crema también le brindara los beneficios anti-bactericidas que posee.

Parafina, es excelente para los dolores y problemas de articulación, en nuestra crema unibase se utiliza para crear una barrera que tapa los poros e impide el acceso de toxinas a nuestro organismo.

Nipasol, al igual que el Nipagin es un conservante que ayuda a brindarle un tiempo de vida útil más prolongado a nuestra crema unibase.

Recordemos que antes de iniciar a preparar nuestra crema o cualquier otra formula magistral debemos siempre tener todo lo mas limpio posible si pueden utilicen agua hervida para limpiar sus instrumentos o alcohol.

Doctors despite prescribing drugs that the industry manufactured were not always 100% effective, that is where the Magistral Formula came into action and more in patients with dermatological problems, even today are sent to prepare custom creams for patients with unusual dermatological problems, the great majority of these creams are prepared in "Unibase" cream, a cream with which you can mix different types of components, essences and colors, apart from being very moisturizing, today we will show you how to make the unibase cream, pay attention because you need the following materials:

• 2 Pots with a capacity of 5 liters
• 1 Weight or Scale
• 1 Cooker
• 1 Automatic mixer
• Distilled Water
• Nipagin
• Glycerin
• Texapon
• Alcohol powder
• Kerosene wax
• Nipasol

All these components can be obtained in a pharmacy or in health food stores, this recipe is formulated for 1kg of unibase, first we will separate the pots in "Pot A" and "Pot B" in the "Pot A" we will place the following:

With our scale we will weigh 687 gr of distilled water, 0.0002 gr of Nipagin, 0.08 gr of Glycerin, 0.03 gr of Texapon and pour it uniformly in Pot A, all this we will place it over low heat on a stove and wait for it to dissolve completely, we shake it every so often, while it dissolves we pass with the "Pot B".

We will now weigh 0.15 gr of Alcohol powder, 0.05 gr of Paraffin, 0.001 of Nipasol and we will pour it all in the "Pot B" in a uniform way and we will place it over low heat in another stove of the kitchen, once the components of both pots have been dissolved, We will pour the contents of "Pot B" into "Pot A" and shake for approximately 1 minute and then we will proceed to place the result in our mixer and let it beat until it reaches the creamy point, this takes approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour, once it is at cream point congratulations you have just made your own unibase cream, all you have to do now is empty the content in a container with a lid and you have a cream to which you can add some kind of essence and you have a moisturizing cream with fragrance.

Now, I am sure you have doubts about the components that were used so let me give you a brief description of what they are and their use:

Distilled water, is a highly sterile type of water that lacks salts and minerals, it can be consumed, but not in high doses as it can become toxic, distilled water is used for unibase creams as they are highly moisturizing for the skin and correct imperfections.

Nipagin*, a colorless white powder used as a preservative, without this product the unibase cream could be damaged in a short time.

Glycerin, is the base for many dermatological products, besides having great moisturizing and antibacterial qualities, by adding it to our unibase cream we obtain a much more moisturizing cream, besides preventing future wrinkles in the skin.

Texapon, like Glycerin, is a product widely used in cosmetology due to its high moisturizing capacity for the skin.

Alcohol powder, this is the purest form of alcohol, besides adding volume to our cream, it will also provide the anti-bactericidal benefits it possesses.

Paraffin, excellent for pain and joint problems, in our unibase cream it is used to create a barrier that clogs the pores and prevents the access of toxins to our body.

Nipasol, like Nipagin, is a preservative that helps to provide a longer shelf life to our unibase cream.

Let's remember that before starting to prepare our cream or any other master formula we must always have everything as clean as possible if you can use boiled water to clean your instruments or alcohol.
