Wonderful and interesting post! I love the opening quote about seeking within oneself and it was just a few years ago that I discovered that we breathed more intensely through one side of the nose for a certain amount of time and then shift to the other side of the nose, also for a certain amount of time. Having a precise objective in life and devoting oneself totally to it will make a great life adventure, that's how we experience life to the fullest.
