Hay una frase muy popular que dice **“A mal tiempo buena cara”** en nuestro país nos la pasamos viendo lo bueno de casi todo lo que nos pasa y hasta somos capaces de hacer un chiste del momento o la experiencia por la que estamos atravesando. Pero siempre existen personas que son mas sensibles y la situación hace que se derrumben de tal manera que llegan a pasar por un estado de depresión, por cosas que para otras no tiene tanto sentido. Uno de los motivos más comunes para sufrir es el amor o mejor dicho el desamor, cuando no somos correspondidos y esa relación que creíamos era para siempre termina y nuestro corazón queda destrozado, pasamos por un periodo de duelo que nos hace sentir mucho sufrimiento y solo depende de nosotros cuanto dure, cuánto tiempo le permitimos a esa situación afectar nuestras vidas. Lo digo como una persona que ha pasado por esa situación y me imagino que muchas de los que me leen también lo han hecho. A veces encontramos personas que son catalogadas como sufridas, porque siempre traen un tema nuevo que las hace sentirse miserables y deprimidos. Basta de eso, hay cosas peores y personas que pasan por situaciones difíciles y nos enseñan que hay que seguir adelante y no quedarse con las cosas malas. **Ahora voy a contarles una experiencia personal que fue en la que pensé mientras leía la publicación de @charjaim.** Mi papá está pasando por una enfermedad que ha traído a nuestra familia angustia y tristeza, que traducido puedo decir que hemos sentido sufrimiento, pero mi papá que es el que está principalmente afectado ha tenido una actitud positiva ante su situación, algo que le ha permitido verse y sentirse bien (claro, ayudado a su tratamiento) y como consecuencia nos ha transmitido toda su buena vibra y ganas de vivir al resto de la familia. Ahora viendo la actitud de mi papá, solo me hace reflexionar sobre lo importante que es ser luz en vez de oscuridad y lo bien que le haces a tu alrededor cuando ves lo positivo de tu situación en vez de echarte a morir y solo pensar en lo malo para seguir sufriendo. One of the most common reasons to suffer is love, or rather the lack of love, when we are not reciprocated and that relationship that we thought was forever is over and our heart is shattered, we go through a period of mourning that makes us feel a lot of suffering and that only depends on us how long it lasts, how much we allow that situation to affect our lives. I say this as a person who has gone through this situation and I imagine that many of you who read me have also gone through it. It is important to understand and a person or a situation cannot make you miserable for that long. With this I say that it is normal to suffer on certain occasions but what is not right is to stay impregnated with that feeling and isolate ourselves or infect other people with our negativity. Sometimes we meet people who are labeled as sufferers, because they always bring a new topic that makes them feel unhappy and depressed. Now seeing my father’s attitude, it only makes me reflect on how important it is to be light instead of darkness and the good you do to your environment when you see the positive side of your situation instead of only thinking about the bad to continue suffering.
