Me siento muy afortunada y agradecida con la vida. No soy una persona que tiene una manada grande, pero las pocas personas que tengo a mi alrededor son sustanciosas en amor, comprensión, consejo y fortaleza.	I feel very lucky and grateful with life. I am not a person who has a large herd, but the few people I have around me are substantial in love, understanding, advice, and strength.


Para iniciar mi historia, iremos de mayor a menor. Aquí es donde nos remontamos a mi infancia y a mi adolescencia, tiempos en que mi abuela materna (única abuela conocida) aún vivía. De ella solo tengo recuerdos bonitos, fue una gran persona, cariñosa como ninguna otra y atenta grandemente. Recuerdo que mi abuela amaba cocinar, incluso en su juventud trabaja en un restaurante; siempre animosa y sonriente. Amaba inventar combinaciones de recetas, siempre nos esperaba con algo nuevo y rico. Cocinar de manera recreativa siempre me trae recuerdos de ella. Generalmente me gusta estar encerrada en casa, trabajando, aprendiendo o quizás durmiendo. Las pocas personas que tengo son fuente de amor incondicional, presentes en momentos de todo tipo y dispuestas a colaborar de cualquier manera. Por eso y más, soy afortunada. I generally like to be cooped up at home, working, learning or maybe sleeping.
