Es importante resaltar que su conmemoración surgió como una iniciativa pionera, libre, no gubernamental, voluntaria e independiente, donde el objetivo que la impulsa es fortalecer la educación, orientando e impulsando a todos los educandos a poner en práctica siempre y en todo momento valores que nos permitan obtener como resultado una sociedad mas justa, mas humana; por lo que no debe faltar en nuestro día a día la tolerancia, la solidaridad, la concordia y el respeto a los derechos humanos de todas y todos sin importar raza, clero o posición social; que el respeto sea la bandera que predomine en todas las instituciones educativas y en todos los espacios de aprender; por cuanto, es a través de éste que se logra fortalecer todos los demás rasgos que definen a un Ser Social y verdaderamente Humano
