Mi recomendación para no dejar que los rumores y fake news sean protagonistas en tu vida seria aplicar lo de "el desconocimiento es poder", se gasta mucho de uno mismo tratando de saber si algo es real o no, si será bueno o no, etc, es en ocasiones simplemente demasiado, así que hay que tratar solamente de ser fieles a la verdad y no darle espacio a la mentira.
