Bendecido presente Hivers ✨
Hoy cristalizamos un proyecto que nos llena de entusiasmo, porque estamos convencidos de que a través de esta Comunidad facilitaremos un espacio para compartir temas relacionados con el desarrollo personal en beneficio de todos.
Cuando estuvimos pensando el nombre de la Comunidad muchas opciones surgieron, sobre todo relacionadas al Bienestar, pero queríamos recoger un aspecto muy importante de la existencia, no solo de la naturaleza humana sino de toda la creación, y es justamente el sentido de "Unidad".
Hólos es una palabra de origen griego que significa "todo", "por entero", "totalidad", de modo que tener una visión "holística" sobre algo supone considerar lo que estamos observando de manera integral, abarcando la suma de sus componentes o todos los elementos y factores que están inmersos en el.
Bajo este enfoque, el ser humano es representado como una "unidad" cuyos componentes se organizan a través del cuerpo, la mente, la emoción y el Espíritu.
El Lotus es el símbolo de la pureza del cuerpo y del alma, así como también, la representación de los complejos procesos que debe enfrentar el ser humano durante su vida y su elevación espiritual.
También es símbolo de la alianza que hacemos con nuestra Comunidad hermana @naturalmedicine, con quiénes nos apoyamos para la creación de esta Comunidad y estaremos trabajando de la mano para realizar muchos proyectos en común y fortalecer la Comunidad de Lotus Hispana que ahora encuentra un espacio propio.
Por eso Holos & Lotus será una Comunidad para compartir temas relacionados con la salud del cuerpo físico, el manejo de las emociones, la salud mental y desarrollo de la conciencia, así como aquellos aspectos más trascendentales que tocan el Espíritu.
Nuestro norte con esta Comunidad es seguir promoviendo espacios de Bienestar, donde podamos interactuar y nutrirnos de las experiencias de todos.
Promotores del proyecto:
@miriannalis, @chaodietas, @yonnathang y @pavanjr somos los servidores que estamos detrás de esta Comunidad, generando ideas y propuestas que incentiven el compartir de experiencias integradoras y de crecimiento para el beneficio de todos.

¿Qué temas se pueden publicar en esta Comunidad?
Contenido original relacionado con las 4 Dimensiones del Ser mencionadas, citando a título de ejemplo, los siguientes:
Tipo de contenido:
• Aceptamos contenido en formato escrito o vídeo.
• Cualquier forma de expresión es válida, es decir, puedes hacer reflexiones, poesías, relatos, compartir vivencias personales, podscats, etc.
• Puedes promover Concursos, retos e iniciativas relacionados con el propósito de nuestra Comunidad.
• Noticias, investigaciones, eventos o información importante sobre alguna de estas 4 dimensiones, siempre que se trate de contenido original y cites adecuamente la fuente consultada.
Atención:
Serán muteados los contenidos que no sean propios de su creador o no contengan los enlaces de las fuentes o imágenes consultadas.
También serán muteadas las publicaciones que incumplan las reglas de la Comunidad.
Aunque la dimensión espiritual puede tocar el ámbito religioso, lo que queremos resaltar es la experiencia de autoconocimiento y evolución en sí misma y no las doctrinas o postulados propios de la religión, por lo tanto temas polémicos de tipo religioso no serán permitidos, así como tampoco temas relacionados a experiencias paranormales, fantasmas, brujería, entre otros.
Idiomas:
El idioma nativo de nuestra Comunidad es el español, también aceptamos el inglés como idioma alternativo y las publicaciones Bilingües que contemplen el español entre uno de las lenguas.
¿Cómo apoyar?
Deseamos promover muchas actividades para incentivar a todos los Hivers a participar en estos temas tan importantes para nuestro desarrollo personal.
Todo comienzo plantea retos y estamos trabajando en fortalecer nuestros recursos, si quieres apoyar nuestro crecimiento puedes:
• Curar contenido en esta comunidad para apoyar a los creadores de contenido.
• Unirte a nuestro trail de curación.
• Delegar cualquier cantidad de HP que desees a @Holos-Lotus
• Participar como un colaborador compartiendo nuestras actividades.

Today we crystallize a project that fills us with enthusiasm, because we are convinced that through this Community we will provide a space to share topics related to personal development for the benefit of all.
When we were thinking about the name of the Community many options arose, especially related to Wellness, but we wanted to pick up a very important aspect of existence, not only of human nature but of all creation, and it is precisely the sense of "Unity".
Hólos is a word of Greek origin that means "whole", "entirety", "totality", so that having a "holistic" vision of something implies considering what we are observing in an integral way, encompassing the sum of its components or all the elements and factors that are immersed in it.
Under this approach, the human being is represented as a "unit" whose components are organized through body, mind, emotion and Spirit.
The Lotus is the symbol of the purity of the body and the soul, as well as the representation of the complex processes that the human being must face during his life and his spiritual elevation.
It is also a symbol of the alliance we make with our sister Community @naturalmedicine, with whom we support each other for the creation of this Community and we will be working hand in hand to realize many common projects and strengthen the Hispanic Lotus Community, which now finds a space of its own.
That is why Holos & Lotus will be a Community to share topics related to the health of the physical body, the management of emotions, mental health and development of consciousness, as well as those more transcendental aspects that touch the Spirit.
Our north with this Community is to continue promoting spaces of Wellness, where we can interact and nourish ourselves from everyone's experiences.

- We accept content in written or video format.
- Any form of expression is valid, that is, you can make reflections, poetry, stories, share personal experiences, podscats, etc..
- You can promote contests, challenges and initiatives related to the purpose of our Community.
