Es Tiempo de Florecer
Usando esta bella palabra florecer inmediatamente se me ocurrió una analogía que bien puede ser aplicada como simbología para señalar cómo podemos florecer aún en medio del desierto. Es decir, hay características de nuestra personalidad que intervienen para que logremos superar las diferentes crisis personales.
Recordemos por un momento nuestros primeros años de escuela cuando la maestra nos explicaba el proceso de crecimiento de una flor, es decir, para que una flor pueda florecer no es un proceso fácil. Inicia con un primer momento que es la fase de Germinación.
En esta fase, el suelo recibe la semilla por manos del sembrador o por polinizacion, está semilla la mayoria de las veces es de contextura dura. casi todas las semillas tienden a ser un material duro, tiene que ablandarse y eso ocurre cuando recibe el agua o la humedad del suelo.
En este sentido, algunas personas les cuesta florecer porqué en esta primera fase son como esa semilla que se han convertido en personas muy fuertes, todo el tiempo muestran un mal carácter, ante los demás suelen ser inconformes, no abren sus sentimientos, quizás por experiencias dolorosas, lamentablemente, está semilla termina muriendo porqué de ninguna manera logró ablandar su corazón.
Luego, sigue la fase de fotosíntesis. En este segundo momento, si la semilla logró ablandarse y romper su duro caparazón, inmediatamente, salen pequeñas raíces que se van distribuyendo en lo profundo de la tierra buscando nutrientes, sol y agua. Esto solamente lo pueden encontrar en todo su entorno.
Este es el tipo de persona que sabe que no se puede aislar, necesita interactuar, el entorno comienza a formarte, a desarrollarte como persona, tu carácter se va formando y comienzas a descubrir todo tipo de materiales dañinos como por ejemplo: estiércol, piedras, rocas, terrones.
Ellos representan todas las a personas que están a tu alrededor que formarían parte de tu formación. Algunas veces estás personas no tenian los nutrientes necesarios para tu crecimiento, así que ese entorno fue muy difícil para que te desarrollaras completamente sano.
En este contexto, tienes dos dos opciones. Dejar que los tallos de la flor salgan a flote en busca de los nutrientes necesarios para vivir, es decir, estas decidido a crecer en medio de cualquier circunstancia porqué tengo poténciales para hacerlo, o buscar culpables para evadir tu fracaso y terminar muriendo sin lograr florecer.
Finalmente, tenemos la última fase para florecer , la polinizacion. Esta fase representa el mejor momento del proceso porqué es tu momento de mayor esplendor. Por fin la flor floreció, lograste superar todas las expectativas, tus metas fueron alcanzadas, por fin lograste florecer.
Este es el momento donde los animalitos van y se alimentan de tus semillas, todo tipo de seres vivos pasan, toman el polen de tu flor, lo llevan a otras muy cercanas para que tu te reproduzcas en otros.
Haciendo la analigia, ya tu eres inspiración para los demás, asi mismo amiga(o). aquellos que fueron obstaculos veran cono lograste florecer en medio de un desierto muy árido y hasta sentiran envidia. pero tambien, aquellos que te tendieron la mano se alegraran con tu aroma, tu belleza y tu explendor.
Es hora de demostrale al mundo que con recursos o sin recursos, si se puede… si quieres triunfar, triunfarás. Todo es cuestion de actitud, disciplina, corage y determinación. Muchas flores no lograron crecer, se rindieron y terminaron muertas, otras en cambio, florecerán y llegaran muy lejos. Mi querido amigo… yo creo que es tiempo de FLORECER

Using this beautiful word bloom I immediately came up with an analogy that can well be applied as a symbolism to point out how we can bloom even in the middle of the desert. That is to say, there are characteristics of our personality that intervene so that we manage to overcome the different personal crises.
Let us remember for a moment our first years of school when the teacher explained to us the process of growth of a flower, that is to say, for a flower to bloom is not an easy process. It starts with a first moment which is the Germination phase.
In this phase, the soil receives the seed by the hands of the planter or by pollination, this seed most of the time is of hard texture. Almost all seeds tend to be a hard material, it has to soften and that happens when it receives water or soil moisture.
In this sense, some people find it difficult to flourish because in this first phase they are like that seed that have become very strong people, all the time show a bad character, before others are usually nonconformist, do not open their feelings, perhaps because of painful experiences, unfortunately, this seed ends up dying because in no way managed to soften his heart.
Then follows the phase of photosynthesis. In this second moment, if the seed managed to soften and break its hard shell, immediately, small roots come out and spread deep into the earth looking for nutrients, sun and water. They can only find this in their environment.
This is the type of person who knows that you cannot isolate yourself, you need to interact, the environment begins to form you, to develop you as a person, your character is being formed and you begin to discover all kinds of harmful materials such as: manure, stones, rocks, clods of earth.
They represent all the people around you that would be part of your formation. Sometimes these people did not have the necessary nutrients for your growth, so that environment was very difficult for you to develop completely healthy.
In this context, you have two options. Let the flower stalks emerge in search of the necessary nutrients to live, that is, you are determined to grow in the midst of any circumstance because you have the potential to do so, or look for culprits to evade your failure and end up dying without being able to bloom.
Finally, we have the last phase of flowering, pollination. This phase represents the best moment of the process because it is your moment of greatest splendor. Finally the flower bloomed, you managed to surpass all expectations, your goals were achieved, you finally managed to bloom.
This is the moment where the little animals go and feed on your seeds, all kinds of living beings pass by, they take the pollen from your flower, they take it to others very close to you so that you can reproduce in others.
Those who were obstacles will see how you managed to bloom in the middle of a very arid desert and even feel envy, but also, those who reached out to you will rejoice with your scent, your beauty and your splendor.
It is time to show the world that with or without resources, you can... if you want to succeed, you will succeed. It's all a matter of attitude, discipline, courage and determination. Many flowers failed to grow, gave up and ended up dead, others will bloom and go far. **My dear friend... I believe it is time to BLOOM.
