Nuestra amiga @damaysvibra está desarrollando un agradable proyecto, dentro de @holos-lotus, que tiene que ver con esa búsqueda interna, tan necesaria para la construcción del ser, siempre en evolución. En esta parte de la serie corresponde a: Tres de mis mejores cualidades. En un principio fue difícil, lo reconozco, porque pocas veces me tomo el tiempo de pensar en mí y valorar esas características, que a veces están en la línea y por poco se pasan para el lado de las debilidades. Me he dado cuenta de eso con esta actividad, y también me di cuenta de que hay más de tres, pero escojo las siguientes:
Soy creativa
Esta es una habilidad que fui desarrollando con el tiempo, en mi infancia no tuve mucho acceso a la creatividad, era más bien rígida de pensamiento y acciones, creo que hasta sin mucha iniciativa.
Mi trabajo docente y mis estudios de pregrado y supongo, que también la cantidad de lecturas que hice, desde que cumplí los 11 años, me dieron la posibilidad de ver cómo había una necesidad interior de buscar más y tener siempre algo que hacer.
Empecé a desarrollarlas: bordar en punto de cruz, tejer suéteres para mí y mis hijas; comprar una máquina de coser e interesarme en la costura, para hacer distintos proyectos; luego el mundo de la pintura que aún hurgó.

Cuando fui profesora de aula, era inevitable salirme de las pautas que allí estaban previstas, siempre me gustó innovar, no repetir en un curso lo que había hecho en la hora anterior, salirme de los cánones en una sana desobediencia. Eso me llevó a desarrollar mi propio método para incentivar la lectura, para enseñar a apreciar la poesía: en momentos cuando estábamos dentro del conductismo y todo debía ser fríamente planificado, yo rompía el molde. Más adelante con los cambios curriculares que se dieron, muchas de las actividades, que ya había practicado antes, venían en los nuevos planes: me sentí precursora, en mi área. Con mis hijos también traté de que la escuela no fuese tan dogmática y que ellos tuvieran un espacio en su casa, donde pudieran desarrollar la creatividad, y hoy por hoy, estoy segura de que lo logré. Me gusta, cuando al final del día, puedo decir «no sabía esto y lo aprendí hoy», y es que cada día hay algo nuevo para mí, algo que no había leído antes. Me entusiasma más que escuchar a los músicos de antes, buscar qué músico nuevo estará por allí con melodías, que yo no he oído, y son hermosas. Casualmente, mientras escribo en el teléfono esta parte del post, una amiga me saluda por el WhatsApp y me envía dos libros digitales, uno de la surcoreana, que acaba de ganar el premio Nobel de literatura 2024 y otro de la española ganadora del premio nacional de ensayo en el 2020, dos libros que leeré con gusto. No es porque cargue una sonrisa de oreja a oreja permanentemente, hay personas que creen que tener humor es reírse de todo y por todo y no es así el humor es otra cosa, el humor es algo serio, poder encontrar en situaciones de la vida diaria: la ironía, el doble discurso, el juego de palabras y sí también el chiste, es algo que me gusta de mí. Y es que hasta el universo tiene su toque de gracia. Hay y hubo en parte de mi familia materna ese toque de humor negro, que a la otra parte molesta o puede ser incómoda, pero que yo disfruto demasiado y no quiero cambiar. Mi contenido es original. When I was a classroom teacher, it was inevitable to go beyond the guidelines that were set there. I always liked to innovate, not to repeat in a course what I had done in the previous hour, to go beyond the canons in a healthy disobedience. That led me to develop my own method to encourage reading, to teach how to appreciate poetry: at times when we were within behaviorism and everything had to be coldly planned, I broke the mold. Later, with the curricular changes that occurred, many of the activities that I had already practiced before were included in the new plans: I felt like a pioneer in my area. With my children, I also tried to make sure that school was not so dogmatic and that they had a space in their home where they could develop their creativity, and today, I am sure that I achieved this. I like it when, at the end of the day, I can say “I didn't know this and I learned it today,” and it's because every day there is something new for me, something that I hadn't read before. I am more excited than listening to the musicians of before, looking for what new musician is there with melodies that I have not heard, and they are beautiful. Coincidentally, while I'm writing this part of the post on my phone, a friend greets me on WhatsApp and sends me two digital books, one by the South Korean, who just won the 2024 Nobel Prize for Literature and another by the Spanish winner of the national essay prize in 2020, two books that I will read with pleasure. It's not because I wear a smile from ear to ear permanently, there are people who believe that having a sense of humor is laughing at everything and for everything and that's not the case, humor is something else, humor is something serious, being able to find in everyday life situations: irony, double talk, wordplay and yes also the joke, is something that I like about myself. And even the universe has its touch of grace. There is and was in part of my maternal family that touch of black humor, which bothers the other part or can be uncomfortable, but that I enjoy too much and I do not want to change.
