Greetings friends of Hive and the @holos-lotus community, today I am once again participating in an interesting initiative proposed by @damarysvibra in her column "Integral and Expanding", in which she invites us to apply the PNI technique (Positive, Negative and Interesting) in situations we have experienced in our lives.
Hace unos años, un amigo y mi hermano me motivaron a estudiar una segunda carrera profesional, y antes de graduarme, tuve la oportunidad de participar en un concurso para seleccionar al personal que iban a trabajar en la parte tecnológica, a través de diferentes pruebas escritas, en donde quedé seleccionado con un grupo de compañeras que también estaban estudiando y otras graduadas.
A few years ago, a friend and my brother motivated me to study a second professional career, and before graduating, I had the opportunity to participate in a contest to select personnel to work in the technological part, through different written tests, where I was selected with a group of classmates who were also studying and other graduates.
Cabe destacar que comenzamos a trabajar con este grupo durante varios meses, fueron muchas cosas positivas que me sucedieron, ya que compartimos con otros profesionales que tenía una gran experiencia y de esta forma fui adquiriendo los conocimientos en mi trabajo, iba aprendiendo de ellos y a su vez ellos de mí. En estas primeras semanas realice varios cursos a nivel de tecnología con la finalidad de manejar las herramientas para poder atender a los estudiantes y personas de la comunidad.
It should be noted that we started working with this group for several months, there were many positive things that happened to me, since we shared with other professionals who had a great experience and in this way I was acquiring knowledge in my work, I was learning from them and in turn they from me. In these first weeks I took several courses in technology in order to manage the tools to serve students and people in the community.
Otras de los aspectos positivos que se manifestó en este ambiente de trabajo, fue el compañerismo, la responsabilidad y la forma organizada en la cual trabaje con todo el equipo, durante el tiempo en que estuvimos en formación como profesional para luego estar preparado para asumir un espacio tecnológico.
Other positive aspects that were manifested in this work environment were the companionship, responsibility and the organized way in which I worked with the whole team, during the time we were in training as a professional to be prepared to take on a technological space.
Una de los aspectos negativos que se presentaron en el ambiente de trabajo fue una malos comentarios por parte de algunos compañeros en querer minimizar el trabajo administrativo de otra de las profesionales, sin embargo me pidieron mi opinión de cómo era su desempeño, en la cual manifesté que hacía muy bien su trabajo, de forma responsable y organizada. Otra de las cosas que me parecieron negativas fue que este grupo de profesionales fueron divididos en grupos de dos personas, para distribuirlo a otros lugares más lejanos, para cumplir con las mismas funciones pero no tendríamos ningún jefe directo, si no que seguíamos orientaciones de un coordinador a nivel tecnológico y pedagógico.
One of the negative aspects that occurred in the work environment was a bad comment by some colleagues who wanted to minimize the administrative work of another of the professionals, however I was asked for my opinion of her performance, in which I stated that she did her job very well, in a responsible and organized manner. Another thing that seemed negative to me was that this group of professionals was divided into groups of two people, to distribute it to other more distant places, to fulfill the same functions but we would not have any direct boss, but we followed the guidelines of a coordinator at a technological and pedagogical level.
Otro de los aspectos negativos, fue que con el pasar del tiempo, los salario de los profesionales no era acordó con su preparación, bastante bajos, lo cual ha sido motivo de desmotivación por parte de todos los trabajadores. Sin embargo, todavía estoy laborando, ya que asisto 2 veces a la semana para atender a los estudiantes.
Another negative aspect was that with the passing of time, the salaries of the professionals were not in accordance with their preparation, quite low, which has been a reason for demotivation on the part of all the workers. However, I am still working, since I go twice a week to attend the students.
Estos cambios que se llevaron a cabo a nivel organizativo del personal donde laboraba fueron orientaciones del Ministerio de Educación, que llevo consigo cosas interesantes a nivel profesional y personal de cada uno de nosotros los trabajadores. Al llegar a una nueva institución educativa para laborar, me encontré con un buen ambiente de trabajo, donde comencé a atender a los estudiantes, profesores y la comunidad en general, con un espacio bien acondicionado y cómodo.
These changes that took place at the organizational level of the staff where I worked were orientations of the Ministry of Education, which led to interesting things at the professional and personal level of each of us workers. When I arrived at a new educational institution to work, I found a good working environment, where I began to serve students, teachers and the community in general, with a well conditioned and comfortable space.
Para finalizar todos estos cambios me permitió conocer a nuevos colegas y directivos que laboran en esta institución, y a demás de socializar con los estudiantes y personas de la comunidad. Es importante mencionar, que a veces es necesario salir de nuestra zona de confort y buscar otras alternativas que al final pueden ser positivas o negativas, pero son parte de nuestra experiencia para el crecimiento personal y profesional.
Finally, all these changes allowed me to meet new colleagues and managers who work in this institution, and also to socialize with students and people from the community. It is important to mention that sometimes it is necessary to leave our comfort zone and look for other alternatives that in the end can be positive or negative, but they are part of our experience for personal and professional growth.
