Estar en mi pueblo natal me llena de mucho regocijo, energía y paz mental. Gente buena reciban un cordial saludo y un abrazo cálido hoy quiero compartir con ustedes mis emociones de fin de año. Cada vez que voy a La Sabana, Estado Vargas (ahora La Guaira) en Venezuela; mi pueblo natal siento que me reinicio, es como si me resetearan el CPU y comenzara de nuevo todas mis aventuras.
Es una rica sensación de paz y bellos recuerdos que llegan a mi mente como una película cargada de muchas emociones y sentimientos, mucha nostalgia porque siento en cada rincón de la casa a mis difuntos padres, especialmente a mi mamá.
En uno de esos momentos de remembranzas se me ocurrió la creación de este post el cual materializo hoy y quiero compartir con ustedes. El gentilicio de este pueblo es muy alegre y jocoso, tenemos una forma muy particular de hablar. Caso específico mi mamá, ella usaba palabras muy raras que luego que crecí las he buscado en el diccionario y ni siquiera existen.😅😂🤣
Infiero que esas palabras se las decía a ella su mamá, mi abuela y a mi abuela; su mamá. Patrones de conducta que se repiten generación tras generación. Por ejemplo: mi mamá al color vinotinto le decía carrubio, a la ropa negra luego de muchas lavadas que perdía su color original y se veía fea, veteada así como entre un verde oscuro o gris; decía que se ponía rusa.😜🙄
La gente que se viste muy sería, clásica o fuera de moda le decía capinúa😜😆😁 y muchas otras palabras muy cómicas y que me traen muy buenos recuerdos, por otro lado ella y mi abuela tenían muchas creencias, las cuales nos las enseñaron, acompañadas de ciertas frases y refranes que fueron sus herramientas básicas de enseñanzas.
En ese sentido, hoy quiero hablar sobre ese tema: Las Creencias. ¿Cuánto han influido en tu vida de manera positiva o negativa. ¿Cuáles son tus experiencias con respecto a las que te enseñaron en tu familia?
La semana pasada en el discord de la comunidad de @holos-lotus nuestra amiga @miriannalis tuvo como invitada a @damarysvibra quien compartió con la audiencia sus experiencias sobre este tema. Por acá les dejo el link del post.
Lamentablemente no me pude unir al programa, sin embargo disfruté leyéndolo y por supuesto tomé parte de sus aportes, para enriquecer este post. Puedo decir según mi experiencia que las creencias suelen hacer mucho daño a veces; si le damos mucha fuerza, si nos quedamos con esa información que nos enseñaron de niños (ya que esta información quedó en el subconsciente).
Es decir, hay que buscarle lo positivo y si es necesario cambiarlas o desecharlas por completo si las mismas te limitan o te anclan. En consecuencia, solía escuchar a mis ancestros (mamá, papá, abuela, tías entre otros adultos cercanos a la familia) decir con mucha frecuencia, frases acerca del dinero o a su situación económica; ellos creían fielmente eso. Por acá les menciono algunas:
- "Uno se arropa hasta donde le alcanza la cobija"
- "Los ricos están contados"
- "En la lucha por la locha"
- "Somos felices, pobres pero honrados"
- "Todo lo que fácil llega, fácil se va"

Como podemos ver, estas son expresiones que nos mostraban las creencias en su mayor expresión, de que el dinero era difícil obtenerlo, que no se podía ser rico, que el dinero es malo y la forma de percibirlo también; según la percepción de ellos era muy difícil, casi imposible. En consecuencia de esta creencia que me enseñaron, a partir de mis trabajos de crecimiento personal la deseché, y elegí cambiar totalmente mi relación con el dinero, ya que limitaba la fluidez de mejores ingresos a mi vida.
Por tal razón, realizo todo tipo de actividades y rituales para cambiar totalmente la percepción que tenía sobre el dinero. Entre ellas aprendí que el dinero es una energía y como tal hay que dejar que fluya, soltarlo sin apegos para que regrese con la misma fluidez.
Por el contrario a las creencias negativas con el dinero, me enseñaron que, "El que guarda siempre tiene"; pero esto lo usé de manera positiva. Aprendí a cuidar y valorar mis bienes materiales, planificar y organizar mis finanzas para darle un mejor uso al dinero, y a los enseres o productos que se consumen en el hogar y los de aseo personal.
Mi mamá decía mucho este refrán: "El que tiene sus lágrimas lejos, empieza a llorar temprano" con eso ella nos enseñó a planificarnos en el tiempo, estratégica y económicamente hablando. No dejar para último momento la adquisición de bienes para la organización de algún viaje, celebración o evento. Esta expresión siempre la uso y la recuerdo con mucho cariño, mujer sabia y con muchas lecciones de vida.
La honro y agradezco todo lo que me enseñó. Hoy celebro su vida, sus creencias, refranes, culturas y chistes porque de todo sacaba una enseñanza. Sin embargo, el mundo ha cambiado mucho y algunas de sus creencias las deseché porque lejos de avanzar me anclaban.

Unfortunately I was not able to join the program, however I enjoyed reading it and of course I took part of your contributions, to enrich this post. I can say according to my experience that beliefs tend to do a lot of harm sometimes; if we give it too much strength, if we stay with that information we were taught as children (since this information stayed in the subconscious).
That is to say, we must look for the positive and if necessary change them or discard them completely if they limit you or anchor you. Consequently, I used to hear my ancestors (mom, dad, grandmother, aunts among other adults close to the family) say very often, phrases about money or their economic situation; they faithfully believed that. As a consequence of this belief that I was taught, from my personal growth work I discarded it, and I chose to totally change my relationship with money, since it limited the flow of better income to my life.
For this reason, I do all kinds of activities and rituals to totally change the perception I had about money. Among them I learned that money is an energy and as such it is necessary to let it flow, to release it without attachments so that it returns with the same fluidity.
On the contrary to the negative beliefs with money, I was taught that, "He who saves always has "; but I used this in a positive way. I learned to take care and value my material goods, plan and organize my finances to give a better use to money, household goods or products consumed at home and personal hygiene.
My mother used to say a lot this saying: "He who has his tears far away, starts crying early " with that she taught us to plan ourselves in time, strategically and economically speaking. Not to leave for the last moment the acquisition of goods for the organization of a trip, celebration or event. I always use this expression and remember her with much affection, a wise woman with many life lessons.
I honor her and thank her for everything she taught me. Today I celebrate her life, her beliefs, proverbs, cultures and jokes because she learned from everything. However, the world has changed a lot and some of her beliefs I discarded them because far from advancing they anchored me.
