Hola linda comunidad de Holos&Lotus
¡Espero se encuentren bien! Me siento muy feliz de participar en esta primera iniciativa de la comunidad Holos&Lotus llamada "Pintando mi Mándala de Bienestar", la verdad tengo mucho tiempo que no dibujo, no soy una profesional pero me apasiona este arte, desde niña realizaba dibujos muy coloridos, debo decirles que me sentí muy bien, estuve muy concentrada, me sentí en equilibrio con todas mi emociones, así que me deje llevar por la creativa y fui desarrollando mi dibujo.
Empecé por dibujar círculo con la ayuda de un compás, desde el más pequeño hasta el más grande entrelazados para hacer efecto 3D.
Luego se me ocurrió agregar unas rosas del lado izquierdo, me encanta todo lo que tenga que ver con ellas, de vestimentas, zapatos, carteras llenas de esta flor.
Las rosas son el símbolo de la pasión y del amor.
Elegí varios marcadores punta fina para darle color a mi dibujo y distintas figuras como corazones, espirales, hojas, rayas, círculos, pétalos, hojas con espirales, comencé de adentro hacia afuera.
Los círculos tienen que ver con la seguridad propia, de lo absoluto, el verdadero yo, el cambio, en movimiento.
Los corazones hablan de la felicidad, del amor, unión, amistad, alegría.
Los espirales tienen que ver con el carácter curativo, vitalidad, curación.
Seguí dibujando con mis marcadores las rosas creando dentro de ellas figuras como espirales, triángulos, círculos, corazones y pétalos.
Los triángulos representan la unión de cuerpo, mente y espíritu, también su significado tiene que ver con el agua, la transformación y la vitalidad.
Coloreando mi Mándala
Con mis colores empecé por pintar los pétalos de amarillo que simulaban una flor de Girasol, luego continué con las hojas de color verde, luego utilicé el naranja, y en el círculo mas pequeño utilicé el rojo para los corazones.
La flor de Girasol Es el símbolo de la fe espiritual.
El amarillo está asociado con la inteligencia, la luz, la receptividad, animación, calor, juventud, afectividad, pero también representa lujo, riqueza.
El verde expresa naturaleza, equilibrio, sanación, evoca vegetación, frescor, esperanza y calma.
El naranja posee un carácter acogedor, cálido, estimulante, energía radiante y expansiva.
El rojo se relaciona con el color de la sangre y el fuego, que tiene el significado de la vida y el calor.
El morado es un color que sobresale y que, como ocurre con el rojo, representa la pasión. El morado es sinónimo de intensidad en el pensamiento y la búsqueda de orden y perfección.
El azul usar este color quiere expresar calma, serenidad, armonía, o la necesidad de encontrarlos.
El rosa nace de la mezcla de rojo y blanco. Es un color asociado con la feminidad, con la ternura, la delicadeza, la fragilidad o la necesidad de protección.
Estuve visualizando el 3D de mi mándala y observé que volteándola se ve de otra perspectiva como especie de un túnel que llega a los corazones.

Esta actividad me permitió conectarme, concentrarme, relajar mi mente, sentí seguridad, confianza, solo utilicé paciencia, creatividad y tiempo para realizarlo. Así que a los que hayan leído mi post y aun no se han unido a esta iniciativa, los invito a relajarse y tomarse un tiempo para colorear mándalas.

Hello nice Holos&Lotus community.
I hope you are well! I am very happy to participate in this first initiative of the Holos&Lotus community called "Painting my Wellness Mandala ", the truth is that I haven't been drawing for a long time, I am not a professional but I am passionate about this art, since I was a child I used to make very colorful drawings, I must tell you that I felt very good, I was very concentrated, I felt in balance with all my emotions, so I let myself be carried away by the creative and I developed my drawing.
I started by drawing a circle with the help of a compass, from the smallest to the largest intertwined to make a 3D effect.
Then it occurred to me to add some roses on the left side, I love everything that has to do with them, from dresses, shoes, handbags full of this flower.
Roses are the symbol of passion and love.
I chose several fine tip markers to color my drawing and different figures such as hearts, spirals, leaves, stripes, circles, petals, leaves with spirals, I started from the inside out.
The circles have to do with self-assurance, the absolute, the true self, change, in motion.
The hearts speak of happiness, love, union, friendship, joy.
The spirals have to do with healing, vitality, vitality, healing.
I continued drawing with my markers the roses creating inside them figures such as spirals, triangles, circles, hearts and petals.
The triangles represent the union of body, mind and spirit, also their meaning has to do with water, transformation and vitality.
Coloring my Mandala
With my colors I started by painting the petals in yellow to simulate a Sunflower flower, then I continued with the leaves in green, then I used orange, and in the smallest circle I used red for the hearts.
The Sunflower flower is the symbol of spiritual faith.
.Yellow is associated with intelligence, light, receptivity, liveliness, animation, warmth, youth, affectivity, but also represents luxury, wealth.
Green expresses nature, balance, healing, evokes vegetation, freshness, hope and calm.
Orange has a welcoming, warm, stimulating character, radiant and expansive energy.
Red is related to the color of blood and fire, which has the meaning of life and warmth.
Purple is a color that stands out and, as with red, represents passion. Purple is synonymous with intensity of thought and the search for order and perfection.
Blue using this color is meant to express calm, serenity, harmony, or the need to find them.
Pink is born from the mixture of red and white. It is a color associated with femininity, tenderness, delicacy, fragility or the need for protection.
I was visualizing the 3D of my mandala and I observed that by turning it upside down it looks from another perspective as a kind of tunnel that reaches the hearts.
