Un día antes a los sonidos de bienestar, nos reunimos parte del comité organizador para dejar en orden lo previsto para el evento. Por la noche fuimos a los Galpones de Arte –lugar donde se efectuaría el evento- a dejar parte de los materiales a usar, el bus de bienestar para las selfis, los cojines y otros materiales. Luego nos fuimos a casa de la líder de la manada @miriannalis, @mosa71, @luisacarola y yo a organizar el material, desde las calcomanías, las pulseras, los regalos para los invitados, los números para los sorteos, envolver las galletas, ordenar las camisas, las identificaciones de los organizadores y el tean de apoyo, el registro de los asistentes… ¡Uff! Estuvimos tan concentradas, no faltaron las risas, el amor en cada detalle, que olvidamos documentar… El domingo 13/08/2023 llegó, el dia del evento. Nos levantamos temprano con todo organizado fue mucho más fácil. Llegamos al lugar, en medio de la luz del sol, la vegetación y sus obras de arte. El espacio perfecto para el evento. El galpón dispuesto es inmenso, blanco, luminoso, allí nos esperaban dos amigas parte del comité organizador @evev y @tibaire. Luego se nos une los amigos de @hiveccs tres chicas encantadoras y alegres @soyshana, @luvilozada @solticia, tremendo team. Continuaron llegando manos amigas @esalcedo, marielarc07, @rosahidalgo @mundomanaure @moisesjohan, @jorgetenzi, @psyshock y @madefrance. El galpón organizado y los elementos energéticamente distribuidos para la llegada de los asistentes y comenzar oficialmente con los sonidos de bienestar. Los asistentes llegaron antes de la hora señalada, el recinto poco a poco comenzó a llenarse. Estar en la recepción me permitió saludar y recibir a cada uno con un abrazo, con la sonrisa y el corazón lleno de alegría. The day before the wellness sounds, part of the organizing committee met to put in order what was planned for the event. Then we went to the house of the leader of the pack @miriannalis, @mosa71, @luisacarola and I to organize the material from the stickers, the bracelets, the gifts for the guests, the numbers for the raffles, wrap the cookies, order the shirts, the IDs of the organizers and the support teen, the registration of the attendees... Uff! We were so focused that we forgot to document.... Sunday 8/13/2023 arrived, the day of the event. We got up early with everything organized it was much easier, we arrived at the place, among the sunlight, the vegetation and its artwork. The perfect space for the event. The space is huge, white, bright, and there two friends of the organizing committee @evev and @tibaire were waiting for us. Then we were joined by our friends from @hiveccs, three lovely and cheerful girls @soyshana, @luvilozada @solticia, tremendous team. The space organized and the elements positioned energetically for the arrival of the attendees and officially start with the wellness sounds. Attendees were arriving before the scheduled time, the venue was gradually filling up. Being at the reception allowed me to greet and welcome each one, with a hug, with a smile and with a heart full of joy.Esta historia continuará...
