I like the way African culture uses tattooing and the meaning they have given it over the years, making marks on the skin with a definite purpose has great value.
Tattooing has become popular all over the world but without involving religion.
To answer your question it would be very easy to tell if a person is good or bad by the tattoo 🤭😁 and it definitely doesn't make anyone good or bad.
