The Life Splinter is one splinter that I typically avoid as I used to feel that it is quite underpowered compared to the Earth and Water splinters. With the new cards and summoners like General Sloan, I think it is starting to be more powerful.
So today, I didn't change my quest when I got the Life Splinter quest. I started in Silver III and I find that the competition has moved on to Silver II and beyond.
This was one of my favorite battles today with a slow and equalize rules, using the slow monsters was a treat and boy does the Life splinter have some slow monsters.
Unfortunately, the rewards today were pretty bad by any measure. Just 6 DEC and a potion. That's like the rewards from 2 additional battles. I wonder if rewards are betting in higher leagues or it is just that there are more chests to open which means more chances for better rewards.
