One of the features highly anticipated by our players is World Boss and the mechanism of creating in-game Guilds. This feature promises to increase the interaction between players in the game, making Faraland’s gameplay vibrantly attractive with dangers in daily activities. We’re going to publicize this feature soon in the upcoming version. Our idea is to develop Faraland as a turn-based tactics game in both PvP and PvE modes. This means that every battle requires tactics and painstaking calculation.
In the upcoming updated version, Boss Grima will appear in the game. However, the gameplay of the current PvE mode will still be text-game (we will upgrade PvE gameplay to turn-based form in the next version).
Boss Grima bristling with power will appear at Yraalla Woods (moving from AUGSTMATTHORN). Players who “Search” in this area stand some chance to encounter World Boss. It’s an equal chance for everyone, but Grima’s power will be conceivably horrific. Probably not many players possess sufficient strength to conquer it within a few turns. Players need to brace themselves and fight with grim determination. By slaying Boss Grima, the player is granted honor to gain Emperor Stone – an NFT item that is especially useful for creating guilds in the game. The rate of dropping Emperor Stone after slaying the boss is quite low, so the value and rarity of this item is irrefutable.
Our plan is World Boss fiercely fights in turn-based gameplay so that players can craft their tactics when confronted with tough missions. In addition to Emperor Stone as a glittering reward, other rare NFT items such as Materials, Legendary items, Mythical items and some more will also be added as rewards after vanquishing World Boss. Even in special partner quests, there will be unique maps and the boss designed distinctively for NFT reward items in accordance with each specific theme of the partner.
Emperor Stone will be claimed as an NFT item via Claim Portal. Players will be able to create guilds and recruit members or list it for sale on Marketplace. We’ll soon update guild-specific features in the next announcements. The plan will include community-enhancing functions in the game such as Guild ranking, avatar exclusively for guild masters, daily quests for guild members, even war guilds, guild land and more.
What is Faraland
Faraland is a role-playing strategy wargame for Android and iOS, developed on blockchain by MoonKnight Labs, a company based in Vietnam. The players control the characters of 7 races: Humans, Orcs, Elves, Fairies, Dragonborns, Angels, and Demons — each with different abilities, strengths, intelligence, and agility, to fight with other players in a universe called Faraland.
