Holo everybody!actually I've been busy for the past couple of days since there are activities both for our church and fam anyway..So today i decided to post a suggestion or suggestions to this recent Holozing Healer Traits Contest. I think this is a great community-centered contest kudos to @acidyo and the team for this amazing contest since it will greatly involve a lot of members of this Holozing community and it is also open to all even if you are not an artist.

Design Suggestions❗

Hair Style/Color : Pink Double Bun or Odango

  • Actually I searched for popular hairstyle in animes and this Odango pops a lot in search engines also this is quite similar to anime characters like Usagi Tsuskino from Sailor moon and Tenten from Naruto series. I also use a heart-shaped bangs with a darkblue on her right side which left you are facing the image.

Eye Wear : Chirple-based Design (Recently Holo Creature/monster introduced)

  • Before I started my artwork I am searching for others entries so to avoid a design that might almost duplicate or similar to others suggestions. Then i read the recent holo monster post and why not incorporate it to this design. As you can see the beak and feather of Chirple serves as the bridge of this eye glass then i put the wings of chirple at both ends of the eye glass. Also i colored it with the same color as chirple.

Earings : Holozing logo earings

  • there's nothing pretty much to explain on this one i just put the holozing logo there as earings so that we could always see this zing/holozing logo. I just added some sparkles there to add to the flavor haha

Facial Expression : Grin Smile

Nothing fancy but my quick explanation would be a grin smile most of the time is synonymous to victory well its just my own opinion tho.

Art Process

Materials / Software used: Clip Studio Paint and XP PEN ARTIST 12 (Digital Tablet)
  • Always allow yourself to start with messy lines since you are just visualizing the initial design on your thoughts
    1.jpg

  • Then lower the opacity and change the color of that messyline to start with a clean lineart
    2.jpg

  • I always try to not have gaps from the shapes so that i could be faster on coloring the figures or shapes later on, i also decided to separate the layers of accessories to the base character
    3.jpg

  • I started coloring the head of this healer, since i am on the head part i decided to draw details of her eyes.
    4.jpg

  • I think I'm done with the base colors
    5.jpg

  • Then i color the accessories
    6.jpg
  • This time the rendering process which includes shadings
    7.jpg
  • This time the rendering process which includes highlights

  • Then some finishing touches for a much detailed highlights
    9.jpg

Final Output

  • Then i put a background which is available on Clip Studio Paint, thanks for your time on reading my blogs! Hopefully at least one of suggestions would be included in the selection.
