Finally, I've completed my entry for #Zingtober! It's day 27, and the prompt is "road."
I made a direct interpretation of the prompt by drawing a long and winding road, but with a twist. If you Google "road," it may show a photo of a road that doesn't lead anywhere specific. It's like a road beyond the horizon with nothing to look forward to. So I added my own spin by showing a destination at the end.
It has become a road to Zingtopia! (It's a playful twist on the name of the movie Zootopia.)
To make it more interesting, I drew the Healer of the Ocean (male) and Infurno standing by the side of the road, waiting to hitchhike. Both characters are on their way to Zingtopia to get supplies, repair their gadgets, and replenish everything they need for their next adventure.
That was the story I formed in my head while drawing, which made it more fun because I got to capture the characters' playful facial expressions :)
Let me show you the process of my artwork creation:

This piece turned out to be more than just a simple road drawing—it became a glimpse into another charming adventure of our beloved characters. The addition of the Healer of the Ocean and Infurno as hitchhikers gave this piece a touch of whimsy and personality that makes it uniquely special. I'm particularly happy with how their playful expressions came through in the artwork, making their journey to Zingtopia feel like the start of another exciting tale.
