Zingtober Day 2: Discover " Light Healer discovering treasures"

Hola muy buenas noches! Un saludo a todos en esta noche, deseando que siempre se encuentren bien, muy contenta de ser parte también de estás dinámicas de concurso que te ayudan a crecer, conocer y también te retan a ampliar tus capacidades, y éste concurso del mes de #Zingtober ha sido muy emotivo. Ya para éste segundo día del mes toca la palabra #Discover y mi presentación se basa en una pequeña también pero con la sanadora de la luz descubriendo un pequeño y antiguo tesoro en una caverna, me gusta la idea de contar un cuento con la imagen como algunos cuentos que leí en mi infancia con ilustraciones de pequeños niños explorando la naturaleza y haciendo travesuras. Usando pinceles para texturizar un poco las sombras, y también quise probar usando un tono de color, y en ésta presentación apliqué fue el amarillo para identificar algunos accesorios de la Ligth Healer, el resultado me encantó al ir viendo como iban quedando las texturas y sombras dándole la profundidad y dando lugar a la iluminación. Greetings to everyone tonight, wishing you all well, very happy to also be part of these dynamic contests that help you grow, learn and also challenge you to expand your capabilities, and this contest of the month of #Zingtober has been very emotional. Already for this second day of the month is the word #Discover and my presentation is based on a small also but with the healer of light discovering a small and ancient treasure in a cave, I like the idea of telling a story with the image as some stories I read in my childhood with illustrations of small children exploring nature and making mischief. Using brushes to texturize the shadows a little, and I also wanted to try using a color tone, and in this presentation I applied yellow to identify some accessories of the Light Healer, the result I loved seeing how the textures and shadows were giving the depth and giving way to the lighting. Etapas del Dibujo/Drawing Stages

Empecé creando el boceto con la brocha tipo grafito y después la fui opacando este delineado principal para poder empezar en otra capa a trabajar usando la brocha tipo lápiz, con la que fui dando pequeños trazos que ayudan a tener pequeños detalles. Luego, me tomé mi tiempo de darle las ondas al cabello y sus trenzas, y así seguí en otra capa con el fondo haciendo un arco una idea de especie de caverna.

I started creating the sketch with the graphite brush and then I went on opaquing this main outline to start working on another layer using the pencil brush, with which I gave small strokes that help to have small details. Then, I took my time to give the waves to the hair and its braids, and so I continued in another layer with the background making an arc, an idea of a kind of cavern.

En esta etapa empecé con el sombreado, iniciando con ella con tonos grises y oscureciendo un poco más en los bordes, usando un pincel suave, dónde fui modificando su opacidad. Seguí en la misma capa con su entorno usando un tono más oscuro con la misma brocha, agregando tonos de grises para tener una escala, quise aplicar después con poco porcentaje el gausseano.

At this stage I started with the shading, starting with her with gray tones and darkening a little more on the edges, using a soft brush, where I was modifying its opacity. I continued in the same layer with its environment using a darker tone with the same brush, adding shades of gray to have a scale, I wanted to apply later with little percentage the gaussian.

Fui agregando algunas sombras a su cabello con el mismo pincel suave y en una nueva capa agregue las hierbas usando un tono gris oscuro y luego un tono blanco opaco, usando como texturizador una brocha tipo carboncillo en baja opacidad. Y en una nueva capa agregue sus accesorios dorados, entonces seguí agregándole textura en blanco y en negro con el pincel de puntillismo con el que voy a seguir trabajando con este estilo de dibujo. Después, borre un poco el borde en general con una brocha tipo carboncillo y termine agregando algunas luces con el pincel de luz y también puntos de brillos.

I added some shadows to her hair with the same soft brush and in a new layer I added the grasses using a dark gray tone and then an opaque white tone, using as texturizer a charcoal brush in low opacity. And in a new layer I added her golden accessories, then I continued adding texture in white and black with the pointillism brush with which I will continue working with this style of drawing. After that, I erased a little bit the border in general with a charcoal brush and finished adding some lights with the light brush and also some glitter dots.
