A PIECE OF PLASTIC OR AN ART OF 3D-PRINTING?

We've 3d-printing business for about 3 years. Sometimes I show my HiveFam our printed details, toys and other items.
We create them for sale in marketplaces, in local shops, on beaches and we're making them for orders.

Most of people understand that it's not so easy just to create a 3d-printed item because it needs not only a good printer and filament but also skills to use it all.

But there are lots of people who hear our price for work (it is NOT high btw!) and say:
"What??? Why so expensive?? It's just a piece of plastic!"

In the photo we can see that very "piece of plastic".
But it's not an item, yeah??
SO the price includes something more than just a piece of filament!

And my hubby has a brilliant reply for these people:

"Just take this piece of filament and make what you need by yourself if the price is too high for you".

It works fine;)
They have nothing to say in reply;)

Why do people respect only their own job and skills??

btw
it's our recent new toy for the marketplace

and it's not just a piece of filament;)
it's 3 hours of printing + skills to make the printer work + skills of 3d-modelling:)
