Pues te cuento que luego de una pausa de dos años hace tres semanas regresé a la oficina, ha sido un proceso de adaptación y es que tener todo el tiempo libre donde puedes dedicarlo a escribir por aquí y trabajar en la confección de algunos pedidos se hizo costumbre. Creo que trabajar desde casa es lo mío 😂

Este martes recibí un mensaje por la cuenta de instagram, una mamá que necesitaba un regalo para su niño. Aunque tengo todo especificado y confecciono pre orden siempre hay personas que llegan con alguna emergencia 🚨 y este era uno de los casos, necesitaba unas pantuflas para el viernes, así que tenía solo dos días para hacerlas. Es tiempo suficiente sin embargo voy a la oficina, me desocupo en la tarde y luego la administración de carga me deja sin electricidad por un periodo de 4 horas así que se me dificulta entregar en pocos días. Por lo general los pedidos se entregan en 6 días.
This Tuesday I received a message via instagram account, a mom who needed a gift for her little boy. Although I have everything specified and I make pre order there are always people who come with some emergency 🚨 and this was one of the cases, I needed some slippers for Friday, so I had only two days to make them. Una vez que las pantuflas estén listas, defino el tamaño del diseño de la cara del pingüino 🐧 ya que éste dependerá del tamaño de la capellada de las pantuflas.

En una hoja dibujo cada pieza por separado de la cara del pingüino 🐧 luego con la tijera recorto cada una por separado. De esta manera obtengo los patrones.

Luego llevo cada patrón a la tela del color que corresponde, marco y corto con la tijera.
Then I take each pattern to the fabric of the matching color, mark and cut with the scissors.

Tome la base negra y la metí por la abertura recta de la tela azúl, como si fuera una funda. Así quedó listo el cabello del pingüino 🐧

Ya lo que queda es fijar la carita sobre la capellada de las pantuflas esto lo hice con silicón y para fijar bien coloco alfileres lo dejo por unos minutos y luego los retiro.
