Las costureras también sentimos adrenalina en nuestra labor 🤭, justo cuando una cliente te hace un pedido flash 🤭, esos desafíos que no sabes ni por donde empezar 😂, pero eso es lo emocionante en aceptar estos desafíos, así que casi sin pensarlo le dije que si lo haría y aquí les muestro el resultado, idea para hacer un lindo Body manga larga.

El jueves por la tarde una amiga y cliente me llamo desesperada que necesitaba un body manga larga para un evento que tendría el sábado por la mañana, pero que no le daría tiempo ni de ir a comprar la tela por cuestión de trabajo, me pidió encarecidamente que le hiciera el trabajo completo, ir yo a comprar la tela, escoger el tipo de tela y hasta diseñarle un modelo apropiado para lo que ella tendría en su evento.
En el momento sentí susto, pero como he convivido muchas cosas con ella y le tengo mucho afecto no me negué a pesar de qué tenía otras complicaciones en mi hogar ya que me estaban reparando unas tontería tuberías y debía estar pendiente de eso.
Lo primero sería calcular el tipo de tela y cuánta debía comprar, este tipo de prenda mayormente lleva bastante tela ya que es manga larga, pero como la chica a la cual le iba a hacer el Body es delgada y la tela escogida es bastante elástica me llevó aproximadamente 1 m de tela, estuvimos decidiendo entre microdurazno y decidimos por microrib

She asked me to do the whole job, go buy the fabric, choose the type of fabric and even design an appropriate model for what she would have at her event.
At the time I was scared, but since I have lived with her a lot and I have a lot of affection for her, I didn't refuse even though I had other complications at home since they were repairing some stupid pipes and I had to be aware of that.
The first thing would be to calculate the type of fabric and how much I should buy, this type of garment mostly takes a lot of fabric since it is long sleeve, but since the girl I was going to make the bodysuit for is thin and the chosen fabric is quite elastic, it took me approximately 1 m of fabric, we were deciding between micropeach and we decided on microrib

Luego vendría la complicación de comenzar un trabajo de costura sin tener una medida base, esto es bastante complicado así que comencé a buscar prendas de mis hijas para comparar y copiar medidas, tenia un aproximado de sus medidas y la contextura de mi clienta.
También tendríamos que definir el modelo del Body, ella me sugirió ser sellado en la parte de abajo ya que tendría una sesión fotográfica y llevaría solo el Body puesto sin nada en la parte de abajo de su cuerpo, entonces su temor era que si llevaba broches este se le podía soltar, le dije que de ser sellado debía ser ancho en la parte superior para poder meterlo desde abajo, casualmente hace un tiempo le hice un Body a una de mis hijas con este modelo así que le sugerí esta forma y ella estuvo de acuerdo.

Mi hija menor también me ayudó, ella es casi de la estatura de la chica y casi su contextura, mi hija es un poquito más gordita, pero son casi la misma talla, así que me guíe con ella, fui dibujando directamente sobre la tela el modelo de este Body y las medidas quedaron así : 38 ancho de espalda, 19 cm cuarta parte contorno de busto , 16 cm cuarta parte contorno de cintura, 58 cm largo desde escote del busto hasta el fundillo, para la manga 54cm largo del brazo, 16 contorno de puño, 26 contorno del brazo.

Este tipo de prenda es un poco sencillo a la hora de coser, comenzamos uniendo los laterales tanto de las mangas como del Body, luego unimos por todo el contorno del brazo, Éste modelo se corta diagonal en donde se une con la manga ya que él va descubierto en el hombro y gracias a esto se hace más sencillo para unir manga y blusa.
Cortamos tiras de tela de 5 cm de ancha para colocar por toda la orilla del escote del cuello y para los puños vamos a cortar unas tira de 15 cm de ancha por 16 cm que es el contorno del puño

Ahora vamos a darle la Forma en la parte inferior, la chica lo quiere semi hilo en la parte de atrás, Corté el excedente y me di el contorno de piernas, este mide 55 cm así que cortaré 45 cm de elástico para cada lado, Utilicé un elástico negro de 0.5 cm de ancho, Antes de colocarlo cosí en el fundillo para unirlo.

Confieso que lo más complicado fue dibujar el modelo sobre la tela ya que el miedo más grande era que quedara muy grande o muy pequeño, aquí les muestro el resultado, al entregárselo a la chica inmediatamente subió a su apartamento se tomó algunas fotos y me las mandó, me expresó lo contenta que estaba con el resultado, esto me llenó de mucha alegría y satisfacción de saber que hice un buen trabajo 😊
I confess that the most complicated thing was drawing the model on the fabric since the biggest fear was that it would be too big or too small, here I show you the result, when I gave it to the girl she immediately went up to her apartment, took some photos and sent them to me, she told me how happy she was with the result, this filled me with much joy and satisfaction knowing that I did a good job 😊
