El día de hoy Les cuento que realice una palabra en cartón que están muy de moda, y que sirven para decorar ése rinconcito de tu casa que quieras resaltar, también está muy de moda usarlo en las fiestas de cumpleaños, les cuento que me gusta mucho la decoración con material reciclado, ví en internet que se están usando palabras cómo amor, paz, entre otras para decorar, pero las que vi están realizadas en madera y en una carpintería, pero como yo quiero unas, pensé porque no hacerlo yo misma utilizando como material un pedazo de cartón.
Today I tell you that I made a word in cardboard that are very fashionable, and serve to decorate that corner of your home that you want to highlight, it is also very fashionable to use it at birthday parties, I tell you that I really like decorating with recycled material, I saw on the internet that are using words like love, peace, among others to decorate, but the ones I saw are made of wood and in a carpentry, but as I want some, I thought why not do it myself using a piece of cardboard as material.
Los materiales que utilice fueron:
• Cartón de una caja.
• Pega Silicón liquido
• Hojas de Reciclaje.
• Tijeras.
• Lápiz.
The materials I used were:
- Cardboard from a box.
- Liquid Silicone Glue
- Recycling sheets.
- Scissors.
- Pencil.
Lo primero que hice fue Buscar, una caja de cartón, mis tijeras, pega silicón al frío,( me gusta trabajar con éste aunque es un poco lento, pero para mí pega más), un lápiz y manos a la obra, les cuento que realicé mi horma a buen ojo de dibujante,es decir a mano alzada,luego que tuve mi horma, procedí, a marcarla en mi cartón ,les cuento que yo elegí hacer la palabra amor en ingles LOVE en letra cursiva, Me gusta mucho ,luego que marque la palabra en mi cartón.
The first thing I did was to look for a cardboard box, my scissors, cold silicone glue, (I like to work with it although it is a little slow, but for me it sticks more), a pencil and let's get to work, I tell you that I made my last with a good draftsman's eye, that is freehand, after I had my last, I proceeded to mark it on my cardboard, I tell you that I chose to make the word love in English LOVE in cursive letters, I really like it, after I marked the word on my cardboard.
Seguido procedí a cortar con ayuda de un exacto,fue un poco complicado,cortar la palabra en letra cursiva y pensé varias en ¿porque escogí hacer esto en letra cursiva?, me arrepentí mas de una vez, pero le di hasta que salió. y repetí el una vez más y saque otra palabra Love para pegarlas juntas y que así me quedara mas gruesa la letra.
Then I proceeded to cut with the help of an exacto, it was a little complicated, cut the word in cursive and I thought several times why I chose to do this in cursive, I regretted it more than once, but I hit it until it came out, and I repeated it once more and took out another word Love to paste them together so that the letter would be thicker.
Luego de tener mis dos caras, de la palabra, las pegue,y con ayuda de unas tijeras recorte tiritas de papel y lo fui pegando por los bordes, de toda mi palabra, cuando está estaba ya seca ,con ayuda de una tijera corte el excedente, aunque es mejor hacerlo con una lija,pues con la lija se le da un mejor acabado, pero lija no tengo en estos momentos en casa.
After I had my two sides of the word, I glued them together, and with the help of scissors I cut strips of paper and glued them around the edges of my word, when it was already dry, with the help of a scissors I cut the excess, although it is better to do it with sandpaper, because with sandpaper it gives a better finish, but I don't have sandpaper at home at the moment.
Ya toda la orillas bien cortadas, elegí pintar mi palabra en color blanco y pegarla a un cuadrito de cartón que seria la base para parar la palabra allí.
Once all the edges were well cut, I chose to paint my word in white and glue it to a cardboard square that would be the base to stop the word there.
Listo ya tengo mi palabra para decorar, hecha con muy pocos materiales,y lo mejor es que este tipo de trabajos No me limitan pues puedo hacerlos yo misma con materiales que tengo en casa.
Now I have my word to decorate, made with very few materials, and the best thing is that this type of work does not limit me because I can make them myself with materials that I have at home.
