Greetings creative friends and #hivediy community I wish you a great weekend together with your loved ones, we are already in the month of October, which reminds me that Christmas is very close and I have started to sew some Christmas decorations, although there are several weeks left for the month of December the days go by very fast and it is better to go ahead with the Christmas decorations and organizing to assemble the tree; On this occasion I am sharing the making of a beautiful napkin holder with a Christmas motif, it is simple to make and we can use it to place the napkins at Christmas dinner or New Year's Eve dinner and it can also be used to decorate the table at this beautiful time of the year when we celebrate and remember the birth of Jesus.
Saludos amigos creativos y comunidad #hivediy les deseo un excelente fin de semana en unión de sus seres queridos, ya estamos en el mes de octubre, lo cual me recuerda que la Navidad está muy cerca y he iniciado a coser algunas decoraciones navideñas, aunque faltan varias semanas para el mes de diciembre los días pasan muy rápido y es mejor ir adelantando los adornos navideños y organizando para armar el árbol; en esta ocasión comparto la elaboración de un hermoso servilletero con motivo navideño, es sencillo de hacer y podemos usarlo para colocar las servilletas en la cena navideña o cena de fin de año y también puede servir para decorar la mesa en esta hermosa época del año donde celebramos y recordamos el nacimiento de Jesús.

I started by marking two rectangles of 22 * 25 centimetres, I cut 2 pieces in main fabric, 2 in gold lining fabric and 2 in felt, to give more thickness to the napkin holder you can use wadding or the fabric of our preference.

Inicié marcando dos rectángulos de 22 * 25 centímetros, corté 2 piezas en tela principal, 2 en tela de forro dorada y 2 en fieltro, para dar más grosor al servilletero se puede usar guata o la tela de nuestra preferencia.
The next step was to face the lining fabric, felt stuffing and the main fabric, I pinned, stitched all the way around and left an opening of approximately ten (10) centimetres for turning, I removed the excess fabric and turned, to remove the corners I used a tall stick to pull them out.
