Hola mis queridos amigos, una vez mas por acá para compartir con todos ustedes, un poco del amor hacia el arte manual, es bueno saber que este lugar se valora el talento y sobre todo se nos incentiva a seguir creando, poniendo a volar nuestra imaginación, me encanta trabajar con este tipo de telas, pensé mucho en que hacer para este concurso y recordé que, últimamente se me han estado extraviando mucho las llaves de los portones peatonales de la calle, porque las tengo solitas en los aros y bueno decidí elaborar la solución para este problemita, dos llaveritos serían la solución ideal, y así creo mi artesanía para este concurso; anteriormente he compartido en hive dos hermosos proyectos hechos con jeans. La tela de jeans es un poco dura y difícil en cuanto a la costura a mano, en mi caso particular suelo recurrir a los dedales porque me pullo mucho los dedos al tratar de empujar la aguja y eso me duele mucho, pero el resultado final en cada proyecto, vale la pena todo lo que se hace; espero les gusten mis llaveritos hechos a mano. A continuación les muestro el paso a paso.
Hello my dear friends, once again here to share with all of you, a little love for manual art, it is good to know that this place values talent and above all we are encouraged to continue creating, letting our imagination run wild , I love working with this type of fabric, I thought a lot about what to do for this contest and I remembered that lately I have been losing the keys to the pedestrian gates on the street a lot, because I have them alone in the hoops and well I decided to make the solution for this little problem, two keychains would be the ideal solution, and so I create my craft for this contest; I have previously shared on hive two beautiful projects made with jeans . Jeans fabric is a bit hard and difficult in terms of hand sewing, in my particular case I usually use thimbles because I pull my fingers a lot when trying to push the needle and that hurts a lot, but the final result in each project is worth everything that is done; I hope you like my handmade keychains. Below I show you the step by step.
MATERIALES
Para este proyecto use retazos de tela de jeans o mezclilla, pintura al frio, guata, tijeras, aguja e hilo, pedrería, pistola y silicón de barra, y aros para llaves.
For this project I used scraps of jeans or denim, cold paint, batting, scissors, needle and thread, rhinestones, gun and silicone bar, and key rings.
PASO #1
En primer lugar, trazamos en la tela las formas que queramos para luego ser cortadas con las tijeras. En mi caso yo elabore estrellas y corazones.
STEP 1 First, we trace the shapes we want on the fabric and then cut them with scissors. In my case I made stars and hearts.
PASO #2
Con la pintura al frio, tome las dos caras de las estrellas y dibuje sobre ellas manchas, para hacer semejanza con el estampado de vaquita.
STEP 2 With the cold paint, take the two faces of the stars and draw spots on them, to resemble the vaquita print.
PASO #3
Con la aguja e hilo uní las dos caras de cada forma, en el caso de las estrellas, espere a que secara la pintura para luego coser. La costura a mano, fue hecho con el punto de ojal.
STEP 3 With the needle and thread I joined the two faces of each shape, in the case of the stars, wait for the paint to dry and then sew. The sewing by hand was done with the buttonhole stitch.
PASO #4
Ya lista la costura de ambas piezas, procedí a rellenas con guata y luego sellarlas. Al corazón le coloqué, una orejita hecha con el vivo de la costura del ruedo, y a la estrella con una cinta de tela color fucsia, como se apreciaran en el resultado final.
STEP 4 Once the sewing of both pieces was ready, I proceeded to stuff them with wadding and then seal them. To the heart I placed a little ear made with the piping from the hem seam, and to the star with a fuchsia fabric ribbon, as you can see in the final result.
PASO #5
Ya selladas las dos piezas, con la aguja e hilo y la pistola de silicón, procedemos a pegar la pedrería y las plumitas a los llaveritos, dándole de esta manera un toque delicado y personal a cada llaverito.
STEP #5 Once the two pieces are sealed, with the needle and thread and the silicone gun, we proceed to glue the rhinestones and the feathers to the keyrings, thus giving each keyring a delicate and personal touch.
