Hi friends,
Good morning to you all, How we are we all doing, hope we’re all doing very well, it’s another blasted @needleworksmonday for us guy 🤣🤣 to showcase our executive creativities for others to learn from and we also learn from other people’s creativities.
Well........ am still not feeling very strong at the moment, but what to do? I have no other choice than to keep delivering my client’s outfit for better for worst 😂 anyways I don’t really know what to say about last week, I won’t say it wasn’t the best week because I was sick and I won’t say it was the best week every because i was able to deliver my client outfit despite the fact the I was terribly ill 🤒, am just super confused 🤷♂️ don’t know what to say but I think it’s just been God all the way because a normal me getting sick I won’t have been able to even stand with my two feet not to talk of paddling my machine to get an outfit done; no way not me! But am just thankful to God for helping me out even when I couldn’t help myself or do anything about my Health other than taking medication 💊 God still gave me the straight I needed to work, so am just grateful 🙇🙇♂️.
So friends since it’s a @needleworksMonday of creativities, I also have an outfit I would love to share with you all as usual, it’s for minor and despite that I still had to be serious and make it look unique. So friends stay connected while I take you on a ride @smilestitches.
Items used:
- A sea-green fabric
- A striped fabric
- Collar gum
- Paper gum
- Matching thread.
My sewing processes:
Step 1:
At first I took the sea-green fabric,i bend in 2inches for the button hole that’s the right side and I took the striped fabric and bend same 2inches in for the button, that’s the left side and I drew out the little boy’s measurement on the rest part of the both fabrics and I cut it out.
Step 2:
I used the already cut out front to drew the shape of the back view and I cut it out on the sea-green fabric, after that I then cut the strip fabric, remember at the from the strip fabric is at the right side so I wanted it to be each side has it own till the down part of it so I also place the strip fabric on the right side of the back too and make it centralized properly on the back and I sew it.
Step 3:
I cut the right hand sleeve using the striped fabric also the left hand sleeve using the sea-green fabric and it was just perfect.
I joined the front to the back view and then used the sea green fabric to make pocket and it’s cover and I sewed them to the left side of the front.
Step 4:
I trimmed the shoulder and joined the both sleeves to their respective sides 😂 and I joined the body size too.
I did the collar using same pattern
The sleeves band too.
I bend the length and the little boy’s outfit was ready.👇🏼
Thanks so much friends for almost time. I wish you all a blessed day and a fruitful week ahead. Good vibes 😎!!!!!!
