Tengo planificado viajar en algún momento a ver a mis sobrinos que extraño mucho, para cuando realice el viaje quiero llevarles unos gorros de regalos realizados por mí. Como aún no sé la fecha exacta del viaje quiero estar preparada para cuando eso ocurra.

What do I want?
I plan to travel at some point to see my nephews that I miss very much, by the time I make the trip I want to bring them some gift hats made by me. Since I don't know the exact date of the trip yet I want to be prepared for when that happens.
¿Quién disfrutará de los regalos?
Mis sobrinos que extraño mucho y que son tan adorables, sé que disfrutarán mucho de los regalos realizados por mí, ellos son fans de mis creaciones y que mejor que poderlos consentir con mis tejidos y abrazarlos con lo que hago.
Who will enjoy the gifts?
My nephews that I miss so much and who are so adorable, I know they will really enjoy the gifts made by me, they are fans of my creations and what better than being able to pamper them with my fabrics and embrace them with what I do.
¿Dónde conseguí los materiales para hacer los gorros?
Les cuento, los gorros lo debía tejer con los materiales que tengo en casa, para ello hice revisión de las lanas y de las posibles combinaciones que podía realizar pensando en mis sobrinos. También usé un telar redondo en la medida de adulto, este telar también lo tengo dentro de mis implementos de tejido.
Where did I get the materials to make the hats?
I had to knit the hats with the materials I have at home, so I reviewed the yarns and the possible combinations I could make thinking of my nephews and nieces. I also used a round loom in the adult size, I also have this loom in my knitting implements.
¿Por qué he decidido hacer gorros?
Como llevo tiempo sin ver a mis sobrinos, no conozco sus gustos actuales, en especial el de los varones, y como son adolescentes suele ser un tanto difícil complacer los gustos. Por ello pienso, que los gorros son una buena opción, a quién no le gusta un gorro.
Lo otro importante, es que estos gorros los quería terminar muy rápido, son cuatro gorros en total, para ello elegí tejer en la técnica telar, cuando tejo en telar hago un gorro en dos horas, lo cual es maravilloso, además el resultado obtenido es muy bonito, elástico y casual.
Esta técnica la aprendí hace como seis años, es divertida y fácil de tejer, es una buena opción para enseñar a los niños, existen diversos tipos y tamaños de telares, por supuesto que hay variedad de puntos. Yo conozco los básicos, también hago bufandas.
¿Why have I decided to make hats??
Since I haven't seen my nephews for a while, I don't know their current tastes, especially the boys, and since they are teenagers it's usually a little difficult to please their tastes. So I think hats are a good option, who doesn't like a hat.
The other important thing is that I wanted to finish these hats very quickly, there are four hats in total, for this I chose to knit in the loom technique, when I knit in loom I make a hat in two hours, which is wonderful, also the result obtained is very nice, elastic and casual.
I learned this technique about six years ago, it is fun and easy to weave, it is a good option to teach children, there are several types and sizes of looms, of course there are a variety of stitches. I know the basics, I also make scarves.
¿Cuándo me decidí a hacer los gorros?
La idea surgió cuando decidí planificar el viaje, me encanta regalar y dentro del equipaje siempre siempre van regalos para llevar a mis seres queridos que se encuentran en el destino del viaje.
Entre mis seres queridos están estos sobrinos que la vida me regaló, no son de sangre pero son mis sobrinos del amor bonito y bondadoso. Los amo inmensamente
When did I decide to make the hats?
The idea came up when I decided to plan the trip, I love to give gifts and in my luggage there are always gifts to take to my loved ones who are at the travel destination.

¿Cómo realicé este proyecto?
Mis sobrinos son cuatro, para lo cual necesito hacer cuatro gorros, uno para un adulto, dos adolescentes y un niño. Para lo cual necesito usar dos medidas de telar, el grande y uno pequeño.
Comencé tejiendo el gorro del adulto, para ello usé el telar grande, en este caso ya el telar me da el diámetro, debo tejer hasta alcanzar el largo deseado.
Amarrando el extremo del hilo al telar comienzo envolviendo cada pin del telar, luego de completar esa vuelta, vuelvo a hacer otra vuelta envolviendo cada pin.
How did I do this project?
My nephews are four, for which I need to make four hats, one for an adult, two teenagers and a child. For which I need to use two sizes of loom, the big one and a small one.
I started weaving the adult's hat, for this I used the large loom, in this case the loom already gives me the diameter, I must weave until I reach the desired length.
Tying the end of the thread to the loom I start wrapping each pin of the loom, after completing that turn, I make another turn wrapping each pin.
Luego con la aguja especial para tejer en telar, para cada pin se pasa el hilo de la primera vuelta encima de la segunda. Luego de terminar, se vuelve a envolver cada pin y se toma la aguja, repitiendo el proceso de tejido, hasta obtener el largo deseado.
Es de hacer notar, para tejer el proyecto inicié en color negro, y luego combiné dos colores negro y gris, tejiendo con las os hebras al mismo tiempo.
Then with the special needle for weaving loom, for each pin is passed the thread of the first loop on top of the second. After finishing, each pin is re-wrapped and the needle is taken, repeating the weaving process, until the desired length is obtained.
It should be noted that to weave the project I started in black, and then combined two colors, black and gray, weaving with both strands at the same time.
Para desmontar el gorro del telar se usa una aguja lanera, la cual tiene hilo, se va atravesando con la aguja lanera el punto de cada pin, a medida que se atraviesa se va retirando el punto del pin, repetir el proceso hasta retirar todos los puntos.
To remove the cap from the loom, a blunt yarn needle is used, which has thread, the wool needle is passed through the stitch of each pin, as it is passed through, the stitch is removed from the pin, repeat the process until all the stitches are removed.
Finalmente se jala el hilo hasta asegurarse que quede bien cerrado el extremo, de manera tal se forme el gorro. Cortar y esconder los hilos.
Finally, pull the thread until the end is tightly closed, so that the cap is formed. Cut and hide the threads.
Seguidamente tejí el otro gorro, este es para mi sobrina, quise hacerlo en hilo multihebras, como les he comentado, no es de mi agrado tejer en este hilo, pero sorpresa, me fue super bien tejiendo en telar con este hilo, pienso que es la aguja lo que ayuda a tejer con facilidad este hilo. Usé el hilo multihebras en combinación con uno de algodón. Me gustó como quedó, creo que a mi sobrina también. Para este gorro usé el telar para adultos.
Next I knitted the other hat, this one is for my niece, I wanted to knit it in multithread yarn, as I told you, I don't like to knit in this yarn, but surprise, I did super well knitting in loom with this yarn, I think it's the needle that helps to knit this yarn easily. I used the multi-strand yarn in combination with a cotton yarn. I liked the way it turned out, I think my niece did too. For this hat I used the adult loom.
Y ahora vamos con el gorro de otro de mis sobrinos, lo tejí de la misma forma en que tejí los anteriores, también combiné dos hebras de hilo. Me parece que luce precioso, tiene un dejo de seriedad por el gris, pero el azul le da brillo de alegría. Este gorro me enantó.
And now let's go with the hat of another of my nephews, I knitted it in the same way I knitted the previous ones, I also combined two strands of yarn. I think it looks beautiful, it has a hint of seriousness because of the gray, but the blue gives it a brightness of joy. I loved this hat.
Realizar estos gorros me llevaron seis horas, tejer con telar ofrece la ventaja de obtener resultados en poco tiempo. Aún me falta realizar el gorro del mas pequeño de mis sobrinos, para ese gorro también lo pienso tejer con telar y le haré unos apliques para que luzca divertido para el niño.
Finalmente comentarles, disfruté el proceso de usar el método 5W1H, otorga una visión ordenada de lo que se quiere realizar o resolver. Con la practica de este método se potenciará la capacidad de ser ordenado, de garantizar la culminación de lo planteado y se podrá identificar a tiempo de existir un riesgo que atente en contra de resultado.
It took me six hours to make these hats, weaving with a loom offers the advantage of getting results in a short time. I still have to make the hat for the youngest of my nephews, for that hat I also plan to knit it with loom and I will make some appliqués to make it look fun for the child.
Finally, I enjoyed the process of using the 5W1H method, it gives an orderly vision of what you want to do or solve.
