On Monday I was tidying up my inspiration place, where I do my crochet, brick stich, etc. projects, and I got the WIP project I had paused last year. That time I had made the Virgin Mary, I invite you to see the Virgin Mary project: ENG-SPA: The Virgin Mary (Second present for my brother/La virgen María (segundo regalo para mi hermano). Seeing it that same day encouraged me to complete it, I took last week for that. At that time I had thought of giving it to my brother and I still have that wish, and this year I will be able to fulfill it.

El pasado lunes estuve acomodando mi lugar de inspiración, donde hago mis proyectos de crochet, brick stich, etc., y conseguí el proyecto WIP que había pausado el año pasado. Aquella vez había realizado a la virgen Maria, los invito a ver la realización de la virgen María: ENG-SPA: The Virgin Mary (Second present for my brother/La virgen María (segundo regalo para mi hermano). Al verla ese mismo día me animé a completarlo, me tomé la semana pasada para eso. En ese momento había pensado obsequiarlo a mi hermano y todavía tengo ese deseo, y este año sí podré cumplirlo.

December is my favorite month, because it is when my family gets closer, and we share beautiful moments. It is the month where my creativity flourishes, although I don't know how I will do it this year, because now I have more occupations. It's been two years since the pandemic and I haven't seen classes this special month, that's why I don't know how to manage my time to give presents to my loved ones.

El mes de diciembre es mi mes favorito, porque es cuando mi familia se une más, y compartimos momentos muy hermosos. Es el mes en donde mi creatividad florece, aunque no se como haré éste año, porque ahora tengo más ocupaciones. Duré dos años que por la pandemia no veía clases ese mes tan especial, es por eso que no sé cómo administrar mi tiempo para hacerle presentes a mis seres queridos.

Los pesebres, dentro del catolicismo, son un elemento muy importante, representa la llegada de Jesús al mundo y se exhiben en las épocas navideñas, en tiendas, hogares, templos u otros lugares. En varios países, armar el pesebre es una costumbre muy importante de la temporada de fin de año. En el siglo XII, en Italia, el primero en mostrar con imágenes el nacimiento del Niño Jesús, con personas y animales reales, fue San Francisco de Asís. Y después, con el tiempo se fue propagando por toda Italia, pero reemplazando a las personas y animales, por figuras cada vez más pequeñas. A partir de ahí se fue difundiendo por el mundo.

Knitting is a therapy, it de-stresses me, entertains me and helps me to concentrate, something very important that has helped me for my university evaluations. It is satisfying to make with my hands these emblematic figures of Christmas. I am happy to have made this project as a gift for my brother so he can use it in his home. I loved the process of this nativity scene and I hope my brother likes and appreciates it. I am very happy because I found the time, and I managed to publish today, fulfilling the goal set last Monday. So far my publication, I say goodbye, I wish you a happy Monday.

Tejer es una terapia, me desestresa, me entretiene y me ayuda a la concentración, algo muy importante que me ha servido para las evaluaciones de la universidad. Es satisfactorio realizar con mis manos estas figuras emblemáticas de la navidad. Estoy contenta de haber realizado este proyecto para regalárselo a mi hermano y él pueda usarlo en su hogar. Amé el proceso de este pesebre y espero que a mí hermano le guste y lo aprecie. Estoy muy contenta porque saqué tiempo, y logré publicar el día de hoy, cumpliendo con la meta trazada del lunes pasado. Hasta aquí mi publicación, me despido, les deseo un feliz lunes.
