Saludos querida comunidad, a semana pasada recibí un comentario de @hivebuzz donde me decía que yo había alcanzado el nivel Delfín en Hive, esta es una maravillosa noticia y sin duda un motivo de celebración del esfuerzo que he hecho por todos estos años con mis publicaciones, sin embargo estas últimas semanas han sido muy duras para mi a nivel personal debido a la programación y luego suspensión de la cirugía de mi hijo, así que estoy todavía cargada de cosas que hacer, pero fui haciendo poco a poco en mis escasos momentos libres el diseño de mi insignia de Delfín tejida en dos agujas, acá les comparto el proceso además de mis apreciaciones.
Greetings dear community, last week I received a comment from @hivebuzz where he told me that I had reached the Dolphin level in Hive, this is wonderful news and without a doubt a reason to celebrate the effort I have made for all these years with my publications. However, these last few weeks have been very hard for me on a personal level due to the scheduling and then suspension of my son's surgery, so I am still loaded with things to do, but I have been doing little by little in my few free moments. the design of my Dolphin badge knitted in two needles, here I share the process as well as my appreciations.
Materiales/ Materials
- Dos agujas de 2 mm de espesor
- Hilo acrílico de colores: verde, gris claro, gris oscuro, negro, blanco y rojo.
- Tijera
- Ganchillo # 0 (1,75 mm)
- Hilo y aguja de coser
- Camiseta
- Patrón
- Two 2 mm thick needles
- Colored acrylic yarn: green, light grey, dark grey, black, white and red.
- scissors
- Crochet #0 (1.75mm)
- thread and sewing needle
- T-shirt

Patrón/ Pattern
El patrón lo diseñé usando Photoshop creando una cuadrícula formada por rectángulos, porque en el tejido en dos agujas las puntadas son más anchas que altas, por lo que se debe hacer los patrones con rectángulos. Este patrón comienza con dos puntos pero se deben montar 4 porque son dos de orillo para cada vuelta del tejido. El tipo de punto es jersey, es decir que te hacen una vuelta con punto al derecho y una vuelta con punto al revés y así sucesivamente.
I designed the pattern using Photoshop creating a grid made up of rectangles, because in twin-needle knitting the stitches are wider than they are tall, so the patterns should be made with rectangles. This pattern starts with two stitches but 4 must be cast on because there are two edge stitches for each row of fabric. The type of stitch is jersey, that is to say that they make you a row with a point to the right and a row with a point to the reverse and so on.
Proceso / Process
Para crear la forma de hexágono se comienzan haciendo aumentos dobles cada dos vueltas en cada punto del borde hasta llegar a 34 puntos y 2 de orillo, así se teje recto y luego para formar la punta se hacen disminuciones dobles en los puntos del borde hasta cerrar con la misma cantidad que al inicio. Los cambios de color se hacen según el patrón.
To create the hexagon shape, begin by making double increases every two rows in each edge stitch until you reach 34 stitches and 2 edge stitches, so you knit straight and then to form the point, double decrease in the edge stitches until you close. with the same amount as at the beginning. Color changes are made according to the pattern.
Una vez que terminé de tejer el hexágono en dos agujas, con el ganchillo hice una ronda de puntos deslizados por todo el borde. Planché la insignia y la cosí con aguja e hilo de coser a una camiseta.
Once I finished making the hexagon on knitting needles, with the crochet hook I made a round of slip stitches all the way around the edge. I ironed the badge and sewed it with a needle and sewing thread to a t-shirt.
Resultado / Result
Siento mucha emoción por haber alcanzado el nivel de Delfín, a pesar de que trabajo muy duro no imaginé que llegaría este día, estoy agradecida de corazón con esta maravillosa plataforma la cual me ha permitido llevar mi vida de la mejor manera posible en vista de las circunstancias de mi país, la blockchain puede cambiar el mundo de cada persona que ha trabajado en esto, desde el creador de contenido, hasta el inversor y el desarrollador. Yo en este momento estoy enfrentando situaciones difíciles con la salud de mi hijo y puedo decir que gracias a la cadena de bloques me he mantenido en pie, he podido responder cuando ha sido necesario y aún así sigo manteniendo mi compromiso con la creación de contenido, la noticia de que soy nivel Delfín llego casi al mismo tiempo que la propuesta de mi querida @silversaver888 para ser parte del equipo de moderadoras de la comunidad @ladiesofhive, por esto estoy muy feliz de poder dejar este patrón aquí en esta comunidad de @needleworkmonday porque sé que en un futuro muchas Damas que publican tejidos van a llegar a nivel Delfín y podrían querer hacer su propia insignia con sus manos, espero les guste mi pequeño aporte.
