¡Hola, espero te encuentres de maravilla!
Hi, I hope you are feeling great
When I received this order I was very excited. And it was because I had not yet knitted a bride and even better to be part of this. Here I digress... Although I don't physically know many of my end customers (users), I feel that connection with people, that human side (no matter the age) which is often hidden by imposed parameters.

After seeing multiple options of "amigurumi brides" on the internet (in this subject I had no idea, haha) we decided (together with the client) that the design should be representative, that is to say, that it should have what was needed (no more and no less). Another point here was the choice of the size, we know that the bigger the size, the more details can be included and vice versa. In this case I have the advantage of capturing the main details in mini amigurumi size (13cm) and so I did.
When the amigurumi has hair and a face it feels like it has life, that is to say, it is different from the others. I did put some grey socks on the boyfriend (for a change, haha). Here I got the hairstyle mixed up because I saw (I was given) the photo only from one angle...the idea was that he looked much younger. "Small differences make big changes".
It is up to the designer to add the extra to the service. I love that the product I enter is more unique, so I loved the proposal to add the classic "Ayacucho embroidery". Note that here I changed the groom's hairstyle, now it really looked like the real one.
I loved being part of this in a way. At the beginning I had no idea, then along the way I wanted to do my best and this was the result. Have you ever knitted something for the bride and groom, what did it feel like?
¡Y eso es todo!
¡Hasta la próxima!
See you next time!
Dato curioso: Para el velo de la novia utilicé tela tul, felizmente tenía guardado de mis insectitos (atrapa mariposas). / For the bride's veil I used tulle fabric, which I happily had saved from my insectitos (butterfly catchers).
These are the last two purse designs I knitted. Now the collection is complete.
