Amazing Rock Formations.

I have traveled to many beaches in this world and not only do I love beaches for there white powdery sand and the blue turquoise waters the other feature that I love and find attractive and fascinating is the seascape formations the cliff sides, small rocks, big boulders and every beach has it's own distinguishing formations of rocks which draws my attention.

What really fascinates me most about beach rocks is why are they so different on every beach of the world I assume this could be put down to the history of the geological events that have taken place over the millions of years over the beaches of the world.

The other thing that fascinates me about beach rocks is how they come to be where they are the only obvious solution or answer to that is that they have been carried and tossed around by magnitudes of strong storms and winds.

I have always been a fan of beach rocks I remember as a kid I would be always looking out for that most different and unusual beach rock if it was small enough and manageable enough to take home then it would end up in my rock collection at home.

The way the geologist can tell approximately how old these beach rocks are is by there coloring and the streaks running through the layers of the rocks this of course call tell us a lot about our planets past.

It's also astonishing how beach rocks are so caring in allowing all sorts of weird creatures grow and hang around on them they do seem to have good relationships in that fact.

And as we know rocks have many uses for us they have been used since the stone ages as a hammer, stone wheels, building stone houses and today we use them for building rock retainer walls, in landscaping which makes our gardens look beautiful and many other uses, so rocks have always got a future on our planet.
