The finer details of nature are all around us and getting up close and seeing it though a macro lens is something I always find inspiring. These were from a rock garden nearby where I live. The flowers and plants tend to come in at different times of the spring and summer, so even visiting a couple of months apart can yield some different images and types of life. I find the more vibrant colored flowers at the height of summer and some are only around for a few weeks, which gives me even more reasons to get out and see what mysterious designs nature has for me.
