This guy I spotted this morning after my jog on Byron Bay beach as, I was walking back home. He remind me of what I occasional do just sit on the rocks of Byron Bay beach listening to the waves crashing on the shoreline or waiting for that sunset, he has the right idea it's the best healthiest mind meditation no distraction in between just you and the sound of the ocean.
