From the dunes of sand in the desert
To the springs and other flourishing landscapes.
Humans have left their mark, sometimes laying waste to this places as they do.
We are surrounded by creatures who suffer our victories/losses in wars and triumph in setting up an oil well or something as simple as erecting a house.
Taking away their homes and right to freedom of even fresh air or roaming and hunting grounds. Even when we hardly need books to store information anymore.
Pushing them into severe competition and lives of captivity. We don't need their hides, that's why we have cotton for clothing and rear sheep.
We totally don't need their horns, education has made proper medicine adequate, synthetic or herbal
We don't need their Ivory, that's why we can mine rubies, gold and diamonds.
We don't need their oils, scents were produced long before they were even discovered.
They can't thank us with words or plead for the world which they share with us.
Let the green grow
Keep the blue clean
Let life live.
Save the blue and green.
