Quiero compartir con ustedes una experiencia que tuve En un viaje que hice con mi Familia para el campo con el fin de Inspeccionar un lote de terreno para iniciar el acondicionamiento y ejecutar un proyecto de Siembra al iniciar el periodo de las lluvias. En nuestro recorrido pude disfrutar de lo hermoso de la Naturaleza y las montañas que se encontraban en esa zona geografica.
How about my friends from Amazing Nature! I want to share with you an experience that I had on a trip that I made with my family to the countryside in order to inspect a plot of land to start conditioning and execute a planting project at the beginning of the rainy season. On our tour I was able to enjoy the beauty of Nature and the mountains that were in that geographical area.
En nuestro andar por la zona montañosa nos encontramos con unas plantas Silvestre con espinas en sus hojas llamada maya o piñuela. Esta Fruta silvestre contiene muchas Propiedades: agua, Proteina, grasa, carbohidratos, fibra cruda, ceniza, calcio, fosforo, hierro, y proporciona vitaminas, acido Ascorbico y abtioxidante. Es una planta silvestre resistente a la sequia, plagas y enfermedades. Para consumir esta Fruta debemos cocinar en agua para retirar la pelusa. Cuentan nuestros abuelos que la pulpa de esta fruta silvestre la utilizaban para eliminar manchas de la ropa frotando la pulpa para despreder liquido de manera uniforme en la misma.
In our walk through the mountainous area we find some wild plants with thorns on their leaves called maya or piñuela. This wild fruit contains many properties: water, protein, fat, carbohydrates, crude fiber, ash, calcium, phosphorus, iron, and provides vitamins, ascorbic acid and antioxidant. It is a wild plant resistant to drought, pests and diseases. To consume this fruit we must cook it in water to remove the fluff. Our grandparents say that the pulp of this wild fruit was used to remove stains from clothing by rubbing the pulp to release liquid evenly on it.
Para poder obtener el racimo de la Fruta debemos tomar de la mano un machete, luego con mucho cuidado vamos cortanto las hojas con mucho cuidadado hasta llegar al fondo de la planta donde procedemos a cortar el racimo.
Esta planta Silvestre abunda mucho en las montañas venezolanas y se propaga por semila y penca, es consumida por los animales entre ellos: Zorro, perro y aves.
