▶ Biol has the function of improving soil characteristics; increasing the amount of nutrients making them more accessible to plants, as well as maintaining optimum soil pH.

The use of ecologically viable practices in agriculture has become sustainable options to solve the high dependence on synthetic products used since the emergence of the green revolution, whose technologies consist of using improved seeds, synthetic fertilizers, among others.

However, it is considered that even though the green revolution was able to increase agricultural production in many countries, it is currently in a critical state, considering that over time this system has caused negative impacts on natural resources, in addition to risks to human health, threatens the survival of many species and therefore the deterioration of the soil.
