Yesterday i was opportuned to attend one of the biggest gospel event in my state, were big artist all over the country were in attendance, some big names guest, cause of these the whole event centre was jamed up, the entire security Architecture was top-notch and movement was tight...
I love attending events like this, for some reason they inspire me, i've been able to meet with some big names, big artist and i was able to take a shot once with one prominent personality in my country and i value every moment and they all hold a dear message to my heart.
Yesterdays while in the event i got inspired by all that was going, and i knew to attend this height one must be willing to put in work, I can imagine these big artist way back during their childhood days just playing around as children, and then one thing leading to another they found passion and pursue it with purpose and today they're here
That didn't only stop at self discovery and what they are good at, they put in work, they literally work their ass out to be where they are now, its not just based guess work or childhood fantasy or just roaming around to get lucky, it was intentional, it was purposeful, determination, pressure, staying focus, cause they know deep down what is required to attain heights, the price must be paid in full and on time.
I see a lot of people living carelessly about life, meanwhile precious time is fading out, why not take this thing seriously, all relaxed up in their comfortzone, no passion or zeal for anything, all they probably do, is spend valueable time social media copying lifestyle they can't afford, living fake life just to impress rather than build up on their abilities to improve, to stay on course, be relevant, on-demand, cause times are changing, Ai taking over the entire space, which means less human intervention.
One time i was having a conversation with a colleague of mine at work about our EMD, a well sophisticated lady running her business full time, like on solo, no manager no supervisor she runs everything by herself, so i was telling my colleague shes able to do so because she has spent years grooming this business from scratch, from just a small snacks and coffee shop in her apartment deliverying special orders to client to a company now employing more than 50 staffs, so she has spent time, years of sacrifice , paying the price then, now she is enjoying the fruit of her labour running a successful business earning gross income of over 6-10million daily, she paid the price she put in work.
Right from time i understand that to become big and to be who you want to become you've gotta put in work like intentionally work things out while hoping the odds played out in your favour, but really this is what i rarely see these days, like everyone is busy chasing the clouds instead of being intentional about themselves building value so that in the long run they can rip off what they laboured for.
