Me siento feliz de poder estar compartiendo estas líneas con mis amigos de Hive, a quienes he extrañado mucho. Ya algunos saben que he estado ausente por circunstancias difíciles en la salud de mi hijo menor @alandesign, las cuales expliqué el pasado mes de septiembre aquí. Sin embargo, hoy les anuncio públicamente que estoy en Medellín, Colombia tratando la salud de Alan lo que ha sido muy provechoso para él, pues ha mejorado el estado depresivo y se está tratando muy bien la hipertensión ocular.

Este viaje estaba pospuesto desde el año pasado, pues ya había planes de viajar a Colombia para estar con mi hijo mayor @sorprendente. Una vez que surgen las complicaciones en la salud de Alan, mi hijo mayor me apuró el paso y prácticamente me exigió viajar con toda confianza por el bienestar del niño. Por otro lado, Alan estaba muy ansioso y la ansiedad estaba aumentando por su deseo de estar con su hermano, lo que le incrementaba la presión ocular y los dolores en los ojos.

Lo cierto, es que decidí oír la voz de mis hijos que estaban desesperados por estar juntos desde hace mucho tiempo, y no voy a negar que yo también deseaba que mis hijos se reencontraran y di el paso de viajar a Colombia.

También presté atención a otras voces valiosas, como la voz de mi madre y la de mi hermano @garybilbao quienes me impulsaron a dejar el miedo y a confiar en que el cambio sería para bien y más ahora que la prioridad era pensar en la salud de Alan.

Estar en otro país no es fácil y menos cuando tienes a tu madre y el resto de la familia en tu tierra natal a quienes extrañar. Hablando de mi madre, reafirmo que Dios me ha premiado con una madre excepcional y a mis hijos con una abuela encantadoramente comprensiva y motivadora.

Luego de este anuncio, les iré presentando la atención médica que recibió Alan en Venezuela y la que ha recibido aquí en Colombia. Gracias a todos por su empatía. Mi agradecimiento especialmente a los proyectos amigos que apoyan la Comunidad Mundo Autismo:

I am happy to be sharing these lines with my Hive friends, whom I have missed a lot. Some of you already know that I have been absent due to difficult circumstances in the health of my youngest son @alandesign, which I explained last September here. However, today I am publicly announcing to you that I am in Medellin, Colombia treating Alan's health which has been very helpful for him, as the depressive state has improved and the ocular hypertension is being treated very well.

This trip was postponed since last year, as there were already plans to travel to Colombia to be with my oldest son @sorprendente. Once Alan's health complications arise, my oldest son rushed my pace and practically demanded me to travel with full confidence for the welfare of the child. On the other hand, Alan was very anxious and the anxiety was increasing because of his desire to be with his brother, which increased his eye pressure and eye pains.

The truth is that I decided to listen to the voice of my children who were desperate to be together for a long time, and I will not deny that I also wanted my children to be reunited and I took the step to travel to Colombia.

I also paid attention to other valuable voices, such as the voice of my mother and my brother @garybilbao who encouraged me to let go of fear and trust that the change would be for the better, especially now that the priority was to think about Alan's health.

Being in another country is not easy and less when you have your mother and the rest of the family in your homeland to miss. Speaking of my mother, I reaffirm that God has rewarded me with an exceptional mother and my children with a delightfully supportive and motivating grandmother.
