Yeah man! And we live in a society that tells us that our value as human beings is tied to our productivity - and it creates this awful perpetual cycle of feeling guilty taking rest, you take less time to rest because you must work..it all leads to burn out. Been there, suffered that. Awful awful stuff. It's the dreading returning to work because the mountain of work that must be done because you dared to take a break.
