The video depicts rescue of dogs who survived being abandoned by shelter owners somewhere in the Kiev suburbs (I suspect it was Bucha but that is not clear). The video is a heartbreaking depiction of the horrors of work. The crew went into the area a mere day after the Russian occupation troops were forced from the area.
