If you want to create a new account on Hive, you can do it via Ecency. And here is a short instruction on how to do it. (Also, you can find a video instruction at the end of that post.)
Go to the ecency.com
Click on 'sign up' button at the top right corner
Fill in the form on the opened page and click on the 'Continue' button
Confirm your registration via the link that you received in your email.
If you want to use that template to create an instruction in another language, leave a comment under that page.
