Building Lego Minecraft

Today has been a great day as I have spent some good quality time with my son. Once we got back from the Kindergarten we decided that we would build the Lego Minecraft together.

It isn't a big one, but is difficult enough to take some time. I am not sure if it is just a small part of the Minecraft world or like a skybase in Fortnite. But we decided to give it a go.

At first he was building it on his own with just some little guidance from me.

We really like the lego versions of the Minecraft people. They look pretty accurate and cool to play with.

He put the men together himself and the special tools. He is a big fan of Minecraft and knows all about it and especially that you need the Minecoin to use there.

There were 3 main bags of bits to put together and he was doing great finding them and building on his own.

Soon though he started getting tired and then it was up to Dad to continue the building while he was playing with the lego as I was building it 😅

It was lucky that I have seen the lego film and consider myself a masterbuilder. Important is to make sure you follow the instructions. Sometimes it could be confusing even. lol

In the end I managed to get it all done. I found just 1 missing piece or perhaps I had lost it, but it had luckily a minimal impact.

You can see how it should have looked that we pretty much got it right. After all this lego building, I was inspired to tool up for my home DIY projects that I have running and get some more supplies.

Here you can see some of the things that I bought. I can't wait to get my hands dirty!

Thanks for reading.
