For your intriduction post tge most important is to use #introduceyourself tag this one only use once, so look what others did and make a good post, also look wich communities they choose.
Often introduction posts are posted into OCD community, sometimes they get picked up by their curators. /created/hive-174578
But it depends also on your content wich community you choose.
