We went to the County Fair and spent the whole day there.
It is still a free gate fair with beloved local events like the Demolition Derby and Vocal Showcase, as well as a thrilling lineup of traditional fair activities, carnival attractions, live entertainment, food vendors, and enthralling agricultural exhibits that highlight the region's unique bounty.
"For over a century, the Yolo County Fair has been a treasured tradition in the region, celebrating the community's rich agricultural heritage, arts and entertainment." - a press release from the fair.
The fair is always at the heart and soul of this county. It goes really quickly and you don't want it to ever end. We love this time of year.
