The innocence of children. Sees only the beauty and magnificent outlook before them. Darkness don't exist.

Children are unable to understand. They see only purity in their thoughts. There is no darkness able to set root in children with thoughts as pure. Unable to believe in evil.

Children see life as joy, happiness, laughter. Purity and perfection.
There is some consolation in the thought that some children remained that way.

Children with their innocence intact will help us cope.

My thoughts and prayers to those families in Uvalde, Texas where 18 children and 3 teachers were shot and killed. My poem is dedicated to them.
