What an interesting topic by @ifarmgirl. I would be answering the second question that says husband told his wife that he wishes her to say "okay" and "yes" to whatever he says to avoid further discussions or arguments
The husband's request is a red flag that can lead to many potential issues in that marriage.

Asking your wife to say yes or okay to everything you say is wrong; this shows that they lack a good communication foundation in their marriage.
I know a woman is to submit to her husband, but what the husband is asking for or doing is slavery. He is trying to silence her in the decision-making process, in their home.
This is why single ladies are always advised to be wise, watchful, and prayerful before jumping into any marriage. I know that someone might say that people usually change after marriage, but if we watched closely, we would notice that some of these red flags were always there before the marriage, just that they were blinded by love.
I won't advise her to say yes and okay to everything the husband says because if I were to be in her shoes, I wouldn't say yes to everything either. She needs to use wisdom to know how to solve issues with her husband.
It's her husband, so she knows him better. She has to look for a way to respectfully air out her own opinions, and if it's not working out, then she needs to talk to someone, maybe an authority figure, that her husband honors, respects, and listens to.

Or better still, they should book a therapy session.
I know the man is the head of the family, and they would always want to exert their headship every time; however, having a rubber-stamp wife that agrees to everything you say is not a good sign of a healthy family. Most men who got out of troubles have their wives's advice to thank for. Most men who made some smart decisions have the words of their wives to acknowledge for their stride.
If the man is the head of the family, then the wife is the neck that gives stability to the head and establishes a healthy connection to other parts of the body, or, do I say, family.
