Growing up, I didn’t have much to worry about because I was being taken care of. Now that I’m older, it’s a whole different world for me especially having to carry some responsibilities on my shoulders while also trying to build a good life for myself. There are days and sit and wonder if this is what adulthood really looks like or maybe it’s just me. But when I take a look at others, I know we all have it tough sometimes which is also part of the journey.
This is what leads us to the topic of relaxation. Amidst all the hustle and bustle, some of us tend to forget to have fun, take that trip and blow off some steam. What is the essence of working so hard for all that money if you can’t even use it to have fun when necessary. Stress is a very bad thing, it can send you to your early grave and I’ve had to learn that the hard way.
I’m the one person who loves to have fun and relax myself because life is too difficult to not have fun. I’m mostly stressed out due to work and other activities but when it comes to my relaxation, I don’t miss out on it. I’m a very adventurous person and so I do a lot of things to help me relax. But over the years, the one place I’ve found much peace and comfort in is the beach.
For me to achieve a 100% relaxation level, I need to go to the beach, touch some grass, feel the breeze and enjoy the view of the wonders of the earth. For me, the beach brings me a different kind of feeling anything else does. It instantly calms me down in different ways and that’s why keep going back there over and over again. After going on a million adventures, I knew there was a reason why I always found my way back to the beach, it was my safe space!
