Even though Little League rule of combat removes some of the flexibility on your choices, it doesn't mean it is impossible to break through it.

To me, it is one of the hardest rule of combat since I love using legendary monsters that have multiple abilities like Coreul Lurker. In this rule of combat, player skill will show and having a few combos on your back pocket would help a long way.

Sthispa is a Epic summoner from the Chaos Legion Series.

Level 6 Epic summoners allow the use of:
Level 4 Legendary monsters;
Level 6 Epic monsters;
Level 8 Rare monsters;
Level 10 Common monsters.

While the ability is strong on paper, it still will not give you any benefit if your opponents are not using magic damage. I consider Sthispa a substitute for Quix the Devious if Quix has high rental price during the time I would need a Dragon summoner.

Abilities

---

Phase. [Defense] Monsters with Phase ability are allowed to evade opponent's magic damage. The hit and miss chance is calculated normally as if the monster was attacked by melee or range.

Phase is a really strong ability as it makes the playing field fair when you're against a team with Magic damage. Usually, magic damage cannot miss but with Phase, the normal evasion hit/miss calculation applies as if the monster has range damage.

Pelacor Bandit has a surprisingly high stats. It's not everyday that you can see a monster with damage higher than its mana cost, not to mention that Pelacor Bandit has the speed to back this up so his attacks less likely to miss.

Abilities

At level 1, Flying is unlocked. [Defense] Non Flying monsters that attack this card has their maximum hit chance reduced by 25% during that attack.

Pelacor Bandit's Flying ability grants him the advantage to be useful in rules of combat such as Earthquake. This is also good as you can use him as a Sneak blocker due to his combination of high speed and Flying ability.

At level 1, Sneak is unlocked. [Target Modifier] The attack priority of this monster's attack is changed to "The opponent's monster that is on the last position."

With his high damage, Pelacor Bandit is very scary to be an opponent. Try to use monsters with Opportunity ability to take him down immediately or else, his high damage coupled with Sneak will slowly kill your team.

Sthispa: When Quix the Devious is unavailable, Sthispa is a good substitute. His max level rental are close to Quix the Devious on good days unlike the legendaries who costs like 100 DEC per day.

1. Daigendark Surveyor: Even though she doesn't have any attack, her 5 health for 2 mana cost is very efficient in matches with limited mana such as this one.
2. Hardy Stonefish: I have an extra mana so I had Hardy Stonefish added for an extra blocker in case Daigendark Surveyor dies.
3. Uraeus: A staple in any low mana fights. His high damage plus Poison can kill a lot of opponents in one turn, especially when he's coming from behind.
4. Pelacor Bandit: I placed him at the back due to his speed and Flying ability to protect my team against potential Sneaks. Pelacor Bandit and Uraeus are a good combo in low mana cap fights.

ᗪIᗪ YOᑌᖇ ᔕTᖇᗩTEGY ᗯOᖇKEᗪ?

Yes. Using all melee, except for the monster in 1st position, technically makes the Target Practice disabled. Since I didn't use any non-melee monster from 2nd to last position, there would be no monsters that would be the target of Snipe.

While Little League certainly reduced my options, Water Splinter has a lot of strong low mana cost monsters just like Pelacor Bandit.

ᗯᕼᗩT ᗯIᒪᒪ YOᑌ TᖇY ᗪIᖴᖴEᖇEᑎTᒪY ᑎE᙭T TIᗰE?

None. I don't think a change with the lineup would yield a positive result. If there's any changes I would suggest is it would be a higher level for Daigendark Surveyor and Hardy Stonefish. Having the extra health and armor would help to not get very close to losing. Since there is another slot, Torrent Fiend can be a good addition too.

Sthispa and Pelacor Bandit in Little League Rules of Combat

. I don't like Little League because I like using legendary monsters. I think the legendary monsters are the most interesting cards due to their multiple abilities. While there are legendary monsters that are less than 4 mana cost, most legendary monsters have high mana cost, which the Little League does not allow the use of.
